The restaurant's decor echoes the diverse menu, combining the architectural richness of Old Lebanon with an attitude and style that is unmistakeably New York. A DJ sets the mood with music from around the globe and soft, amber lighting punctuated by candles create a sexy, sophisticated atmosphere in which to enjoy a relaxed meal. The cuisine, decor and ambiance come together to create a new world for your senses to explore, whispering gently in your ear, ilili.

What Insiders Are Saying
Fancy Lebanese food in Nomad.
Food was subpar. Service was very slow, ignorant to the fact that we returned half of the dishes and generally very transactional. Prices are out of touch with quality and the polished ambiance can’t make up for it
El gerente nos atendió muy muy bien
Delicious food makes the lack luster service worth it. Very accommodating of gluten free requests.
Food & service remains consistently good throughout the years. Love the round tables! Decor could be updated.
Excelente comida. Pésimo servicio
The brussel sprouts were a revelation. The crudo vegetables were amazingly flavorful. Everything exceptional.
Always great. Food is consistently good great value .
Service is spot on.
Great service, ambiance and delicious food! Loved everything about it!
My second time and I’d go back again. Delish!
Excellent service, amazing food, and wonderful ambiance. Our waiter, Demetrious, couldn't have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. He truly made our experience even better. The Lebanese cuisine is modern and fresh, and all dishes are meant to be shared. The manager, Lauren Testerman, provided our table with a complimentary dessert that was delicious and spent time visiting with us at our table prior to our departure. All in all, a wonderful experience with exceptional food and impeccable service- I will certainly be back on my next visit to NYC!
Incredible food, beautiful atmosphere. Very noisy. Came twice, both times had to shout across my table. They could easily improve this. Not sure why they haven’t.
They originally tried to seat us upstairs with no other people and no windows. Insulting. There were many open tables in the main dining room. They did move us downstairs when we asked.
Delicious food, service TOO quick! Felt a bit rushed. A bustling place. Lovely server....just wish we had more time to enjoy our food.
Great food that fairly authentic and lively atmosphere. Our server was wonderful, but the overall experience needs to be substantially tweaked. Main courses should not be brought out while meze-style appetizers are still half consumed on the table with no more space for additional dishes. We sent it back, it came back to us cold when we were ready. A $77 dish should come to the table fresh!
One of my friends was in town from South Carolina and ilili was the first place I thought of for dinner. Everything was fantastic!!
Never disappointed with the service or food..... Keep up the outstanding job you are doing.
MY Favorite Restaurant.. Love Lebanese Food
Our hotel (Four Seasons) recommended this for Lebanese food, and while the food itself was nice there is nothing worth going to this place for, the staff take forever to come take your order, we had our baby with us and told someone hey could you take our order he’s like no the other guy will take yours, and it just went on and on, and unless you get a table in the center dining room the ambience is lousy. But yeah if you are looking for good Lebanese food in NYC but don’t care about the service or ambience this place is good as far as food matters.
The food was really good!
We got there around 6:30 and the restaurant was pretty empty. The hostess seated us right next to another table that was like 4inches from us- we had to ask to be seated a table apart especially since the other 50 tables were empty... it took a while for us to get our check too... but overall the food was amazing!
The best. Simply the best. The food is so outstanding and the portions so generous
Wonderful time, great food, excellent service! Would drive the hour and a half to eat there again in a heart beat!
Delightful experience, delicious food shared with new friends.
One of my favorite restaurants when I am in NYC. This time, the food was as good as usual but the service was VERY slow... We arrived at 7:30pm and did not get our appetizers until 8:30pm and our main dish an hour later... The noise was also worse than usual, they need to work on this...
Food is very good but the noise is not so good. All in all, it works.
A great place for lunch with excellent food, good service and lots of vegetarian options
While the food was good, most of it was very dry-- implying that it was made in advance and was sitting around for a while. Even the side room where we sat was noisy-- the main rooms is deafening. It used to be much better.
Delicious food but I personally didn’t like the table we were put first. Nice service and ambiance though.
Came here for Gay Pride Disco Brunch party. Food was good, drinks were great and the atmosphere was jumping.
It was an extra fun time due to the Pride day celebrations
I’ve been looking forward to trying ilili since I love libanese food and heard that this one of best in town. It’s definitely good and fairly authentic, but it’s not the best in town in my opinion. The atmosphere is beautiful and the design too. Too bad we were located at the 2nd floor which is not as impressive as the first and not that beautiful for the price you pay. Overall, I would suggest this to a friend.
Fantastic service and food.
It was good food
Wonderful experience! The food was delicious, artfully prepared and the service was excellent.
Great ambiance and good!
Trendy, upscale Lebanese restaurant that I highly recommend. Menu is inventive. Food has great flavor and is well presented. Great desserts.
Over priced very ordinary food...
Very good interpretation of Lebanese food, everything we had was very tasty. We ordered like 7 of the small plates and we were stuffed. This is a place to bring a group of friends, so many things to share and enjoy. Wish we had bigger stomachs to enjoy more food.
Great place, a little noisy for us oldies but none the less worth visiting.
It was my first time there, after having several friends recommend it, and it was OUTSTANDING. The lamb was prepared exceptionally well, and the brussels sprouts, recommended by my friends, did not disappoint.
The server mentioned they're aiming for a michelin star, which would explain the inventive cuisine and the great service. I would definitely recommend this place, which had food you would only be able to find in Syria or Lebanon or in the Middle East. The flavor was great and the portion sizes were very generous. I would definitely be excited to go back and try new sharing plates!
