   The service was slow. The stuffed fillet was uneatable and had no taste. Would not recommend keeping this dish on ht menu.

   Party was going on and spilled out into the dining area. Guests from the party were standing pretty much on top of us. Manager didn’t itching to contain this. Food was lukewarm and served on bread plates.

   Place was dead on a Friday night at 7pm Lousy service Four different dishes were ordered. All had sauce descriptions that differed, yet all had the same sauce. Drinks were lousy and expensive $15 each for mixed drinks Floors were filthy. Apparently from an event the night prior Mistake made in the bill that we had to rectify. I think this place is now pretty much holding events and private parties.

   Il Vizio is a very nice place. However the service was not that good. We had an older gentleman that was very forgetful. And I finally had to get up and go ask for four menus because after being seated for about 20 minutes we still had no menus. I will probably come back because the food is very good, but if the service is anything like it was this past Saturday night, I will spend my money elsewhere. It is a bit expensive though. The bill was over $300 for a party of four, and two people didn't drink alcohol. It also was not very busy for a Saturday night.

   We had a 5:00 reservation. When we got there, they tables weren't even set. The servers were not even there. There was a bartender who told us to pick any table. We walked out. Not sure why they would accept a reservation and then have no staff. I will not return to this restaurant

   Made a reservation through Open Table. Got a call from Luigi of Vizio Park about 20 minutes later asking me if we would mind going to Vizio Broadway instead because a party at Park was running late (our reservation was still 2 hours away…should’ve taken this as an omen!). We’ve been to Vizio Broadway before so I agreed …big mistake! Got to the restaurant and it looked closed. There were two other tables occupied that’s it. Asked for the wine list, we were told very limited selection, but we could see the list. Picked a bottle of Chianti, server told us He had to get from the stock room…we heard him call Luigi and ask for the wine. He had to call the other restaurant to get us a bottle of wine which took about 20 minutes! On a positive note, the mussel appetizer was delicious as were the lobster ravioli and veal saltimboca. My linguine with clam sauce was ok. It was really linguine with garlic & oil and a few clams on top. Finally, we asked to see a dessert menu, server told us they were out of dessert!!! He had 1 piece of chocolate cake left…how do you run out of dessert??? It seems like the restaurant is on its way out. As I said the food was good, service was very good and cost was surprisingly less than we’ve spent at other local restaurants, then again, we usually have dessert and or coffee. Would like to try Vizio Park , but I’m afraid I’ll get another call from Luigi!

   The worst. Do not go to this restaurant. Service was unforgivable. Only 3 tables and about 8 waitstaff. Trying to get drinks, water, etc was difficult even how empty it was. Appetizer of baked clams came to table cold. Doubt they did anything with them but throw in a microwave. Baked pasta we ordered to share at the table was only redeeming part of the evening. Entrees were not as described, and not cooked properly. Again, service was the worst I have ever encountered from a restaurant.

   Restaurant was empty when we arrived. They filled around 6 tables while we were there. We were offered Peroni beer and we ordered a Vodka Cranberry. Waiter came back & said we’re are out of beer & no cranberry juice. Took forever to get our food and when we did the lamb chops were cold and the penne alla vodka was watery.
