   These people are people people. Their genuine care and also knowledge of food and wine is amazing. We’ve been coming here for years. Absolutely recommend this restaurant. Go on open table for reservations.

   Incredible authentic Italian food, served impeccably in a beautiful space with a great view of the river. Absolutely loved this restaurant and recommend it unreservedly. If I lived in Portland, this would be my go-to place!

   The menu had Italian options I had never seen before, and they were delicious. The wait staff was always available and helpful. The bread was also really good with the olive tray with incredibly fresh and tasty olives.

   Very pleasant atmosphere, appreciate that the staff gave us plenty of time to socialize, enjoy our drinks and appetizer. We were a party of four, we all ordered different entrees and all were delicious. The special of the day was a pasta with blue cheese and Gorgonzola sauce, AMAZING!

    Perfect place to go before seeing a performance at Keller. The service was amazing, and we appreciated the guidance for dinner. Our server didn’t try to oversell us when we told her we were going to the theater and had small appetites. Very courteous and the food was delicious.

    It was an usually snowy day in Portland and many of the staff couldn’t make it to work, we appreciated being told that at the beginning so that we understood, but with that being said service was great! The two who made it to work were awesome! Food delicious! Great wine choices! Along the river!

    We had dinner for two prior to an evening performance at the Keller auditorium. The website was accurate in recommending allowing for 2 hours prior to performance time for dinner. Even with just two of us, our dinner took almost two hours. We enjoyed everything we ate. We had pizza, burrata and ravioli as well as a very creamy chocolate mousse for dessert. The wine list had a nice breadth of options and our food server was knowledgeable. The service was slow and lukewarm. The restaurant was completely booked the night we were there so perhaps the staff were a little overwhelmed. The ambiance was nice and location convenient. We would eat there again.

    The food, ambiance, and service was amazing! I’ve never had a bad dining experience here. I booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day with some friends and everyone enjoyed their food. The server was so sweet, she gifted us a bottle of rosé to take home. I think they did it for the occasion but it was still thoughtful for them to do. I wanted to take the time and write a positive review because I feel like no one remembers to do it when they have a great dining experience. Typically people remember to write a review when they have had a bad one. I’m not one who usually writes reviews about restaurants but Il Terrazzo exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. I just wanted to show my gratitude by giving them a good review/rating. I will be back soon!

    Pasta was tasty. There were a number of technical difficulties outside of the front of house control. Card Machine not connecting, kitchen not prepared to serve the Roman Carbonara. Carbonara is my favorite pasta so it was disappointing that I was unable to try it. I had the puttanesca instead, it was fine. My partner had the sweet Italian Ragu and enjoyed her meal a lot. My partner said she was willing to return so I could try the Carbonara. We also got side salads and they were tasty. We also got the bread and olives, and it is a pass next time. Fine if free not worth the upcharge. Partner has tinnitus and other problems blocking out crowd noise. She found the restaurant to be a bit loud and irritating. If this is an issue for you, please consider another option. I do not have her issues and I did not find it to be to loud. We did get more attention from the aid staff then our server. Overall I would say 8/10. It was nice to be looking out on the waterfront. An lovely time to have a Valentine's date and avoid the Superbowl.

    The entire weight staff was very gracious and informative. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The ambience is especially nice, particularly the view of the waterfront and weather the city.

    We were in a group of 4 people who ate here before a show at the Keller. Great cocktails (made by a really knowledgeable bartender) and amazing food. We had the saffron pasta with sausage and the lasagna and both were amazing! They also had very attentive service. We will be going back!

    The food was quite good and the ambience was romantic, cozy and elegant, all at the same time. Unfortunately, the service was a little lacking for me. We waited a long time before the waitress even came over to get our drink and appetizer order. Once we ordered dinner it took over 45 minutes for them to bring the food out. We noticed the entire restaurant clearing out and there was only us and two other tables remaining by the time we received our food. Maybe they were short staffed, but either way, it’s worth noting that the service was not exceptional.

    We came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a lovely spot. We were seated in a corner booth which was perfect for the occasion. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and we had such a wonderful time!
