   We had an outside table, with a good river view. Out appetizer was great—goat cheese and crackers. My entree was Italian sweet sausage, ravioli pasta and a delicious tomato sauce. My companion had a good entree as well. But our service was dreadful. Our server was brusque, and then invisible for over 30 minutes. We decided to skip any dessert and leave and had to ask two other staff to help us get our check. We were there over 1.5 hours. Not returning.

    This was far and away one of the best meals I’ve had dining out in Portland. The Traditional Bolognese had a ridiculous amount of flavor bursting in it. The Boscaiola had so many layers of flavor and was so rich I had to pause with each bite just to savor it. And the Tartufo… my god… that wins best plate of food I’ve tasted in recent memory. The truffle flavor was so perfectly balanced with the cream, it was perfection. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable and the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

    We were visiting Portland and were looking forward to dinner by the waterfront at Il Terrazo, but were disappointed. The waitress was very sweet and friendly and her wine recommendation was perfect. In a not very busy restaurant the Burrata starter took quite a while to arrive. Almost 45 minutes after the starters the waitress came to tell us that the kitchen had only then informed her that the mains one of us ordered was not available. Another 15 minutes later the mains arrived, butternut squash ravioli dripping and swimming in brown butter! She did apologise for the delay and we were not charged for the mains. The table next to us had the same extremely slow service. I wouldn’t be able to recommend nor would I go back unfortunately.

    The carbonara I had was uneatable unfortunately but my wife and the other meals were good, my son loved his pasta. The win list is good. It’s unfortunate as a proper carbonara is the base for judging any Italian restaurant.

    I feel bad because I can’t remember the name of our waitress, but we dined in on April 28th at 8pm. The service was so great! Everyone was so warm and friendly. Our server was really lovely. She had a great sense of humor and was a treat to be around (our names were Katherine and Evan; I was the Black woman wearing the dress from Old Navy that you complimented). We came because of a recommendation from the head chef at the restaurant where I work and we were NOT disappointed. The food was so delicious and I can’t wait to be back!

    When you are in the mood for great pasta (much of it homemade) and excellent wine, this is the place. Our server was friendly, attentive and well-informed on the wine list. Our dishes all were executed to perfection.

    Came here last night for anniversary dinner. Everything was delicious and coursed out perfectly. Our server Katherine was amazing, she was very attentive and made us feel extremely welcome and special. She welcomed us back with some future suggestions to try, and let us know the patio is dog friendly. We will definitely return when the weather is warmer with our dogs and make this one of our new happy hour spots. Thank you!

    Had booked for a birthday dinner, food wasn't inspired, carbonara was super salty and I like salt. I don't like writing bad reviews, but they need to step up their game dramatically. Also, no happy birthday statement, small dessert, nothing to celebrate the evening. I won't be back.

    The menu had Italian options I had never seen before, and they were delicious. The wait staff was always available and helpful. The bread was also really good with the olive tray with incredibly fresh and tasty olives.

    Very pleasant atmosphere, appreciate that the staff gave us plenty of time to socialize, enjoy our drinks and appetizer. We were a party of four, we all ordered different entrees and all were delicious. The special of the day was a pasta with blue cheese and Gorgonzola sauce, AMAZING!
