Very nice setting . The 6 of us were having an appreciation supper for one of our business colleagues and his wife. The restaurant was very quiet maybe one or two other tables. The waitress was polite but gave us marginal service. We had to wave her down for an extra bottle of wine which took along time as she said she had to go downstairs to get the wine. When it is quiet she could have been waiting on our group better, pouring wine when our glasses were getting down, etc. The food quality was generally very good. Price is on the higher side but if the service was more top end I don't mind paying. We chose the Willows as Mr. Rizos was closed. perhaps the waitress was new and still learning the trait?

I appreciated the adjustment made from four to six guests when our mother passed away suddenly. Because four of us are Deaf we were able to see each other comfortably with good lighting. Thank you for making this experience a lovely one despite our very recent loss the day before. We plan to use this restaurant in the future for the out of town guests.

Our evening was wonderful. Our server was fabulous, and the food was delicious. We had two vegans in our group and the kitchen accommodated them, which was impressive. It made them feel good and myself as well because I was worried they wouldn't have much to choose from. Thank you for such a fabulous evening.

Enjoyed our time at the Willows restaurant because of the server and the atmosphere. The food was just OK. Nothing special on the night we were there. I had the veal and it basically just came with some roasted small potatoes and the flavour was nothing special. Sorry, but for the price I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the food.

There was only one waitress for the entire dining romm. It was a Wednesday evening and only three tables; but all three tables came in pretty close to the same time, one table had big allergy issues and I inquired about substituting on a dish. This young lady was awesome: she was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. She kept a smile and her cool while delivering chef rules to the allergy issue table, apologies to the other two tables for slower service while dealing with the allergy issues and for my burnt chicken. It is an up scale restaraunt, but felt it was missing a few basics. Over all, we enjoyed our evening (again, especially the waitress), the ambiance and our meals were ok.

A group of 16 met for lunch. We had a lovely visit, great lunch off the menu. Our server was wonderful. We find the Willows convenient to get to with great hassle free parking. The menu is varied enough for everyone to find an item to their choosing. Try the clam and spicy sausage soup. It is excellent!
