Beautiful renovation place looks beautiful. The food was very good especially the Cesar salad and baked clams. We had fresh pasta with White clam sauce and chicken Parmesan we loved it very much. And nothing better than a cheesecake and homemade cannoli for dessert and they have a great wine list we will be back soon!!!!!
Nice place was good. I enjoyed. A little pricey
Birthday dinner for 7. We all chose from the “early bird” special menu available till 6pm which includes salad or soup, main course (MANY choices!) and dessert & coffee. Everyone loved what they ordered and all said they would be returning. Thanks for making my birthday dinner special!!
We saw their photos on Instagram so we tried it for the first time. Everything was great from the four way pasta dish we had Gnocchi, Ravioli Rigatoni and Linguine In four different sauces it was so good. Then we had the Tomahawk steak it was tender like butter. And the service was very good we will be back
Food, service and over-all experience was fantastic. I had the pork shank Osso Boco and I would rate right up with the best I have had.
Service was top notch. Food was outstanding. Price was excellent. The best ravioli I have ever had! It was crowded but not overly noisy. Highly highly recommend going there ASAP.
Service and food was outstanding. We will be back
Service was excellent – food was delicious - some laxing in mask wearing for Manager and servers
It was as expected. Food, service and over-all experience was fantastic.
Early dinner with family
We were looking forward to going here based on the reviews found here. As usual, I looked at their online menu to see what to expect. All looked good, if not a wee bit on the expensive side. That’s o.k. We don’t shrink from paying money for a great meal, even a good meal.
The occasion of our visit was Mother’s Day. The regular menu was replaced by a “special Mother’s Day” menu. That was no problem, especially as many of the regular menu items were offered here. The problem was for me was that the same items, same portion sizes, were now anywhere from 6 to 10 dollars more expensive?!
When I respectfully inquired with our waitress about this, she eagerly retreated with promises of bringing the manager. His curt and mumbled reply was, “They all do it”. After this black cloud slinked away we began our meal that was forever after tainted with the bitter taste of feeling “ripped off”.
Perhaps they all indeed do “do it” (raise prices on special occasions) but, in over 30 years of eating out, I have never encountered this. Lucky? Perhaps but certainly not in terms of choosing this “joint”.
As mentioned before, this was Mother’s Day. The place was packed with families and many “untrained” children. The noise level was unpleasant. I suppose that I should have at least seen that coming.
Perhaps under different circumstances, our experience would have been different, better. That is however something I will never venture to find out.
In hindsight, a simple jovial response (or a comped glass of wine) would have made a world of difference.
In conclusion; don’t go here for the people. Don’t go here for the food. Don’t go.
Very crowded and extremely noisy! Food was just ok
We had my moms 60th birthday dinner. Food and drinks were great and they were very accommodating with us brining a cake in.
We were very pleased with our visit here. The food was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. Prompt and attentive, but not overbearing.
The tables were spaced nicely to allow for social distancing and all diners were respectful of each other and wore masks if they had to get up for any reason.
Our party had a wonderful time and would dine there again without hesitation.
Appetizers and dinner were great. It took almost ten minutes for someone to come to our table to greet us. Also we were not checked on for a long time after we received our dinners. We did not enjoy any of the desserts we got. A bit pricey.
Service and food was excellent Give it five stars and we will be back
Calamari small but overall food good ..charged us $28 more each bottle of wine..said by accident ..changed bill quickly
From fine wines , clams , joeys gourmet pizzas and gourmet deserts, tiramisu , cannolis , ricotta chessecake. Second to none hands down. Everytime I come to LI , I eat here and never ever disappointed. Simply the best! I highly recommend them and Mario our waiter is a huge asset.
Food is very good and very fresh.
Staff was friendly and responsive.
I always enjoy this restaurant
Had a very enjoyable dinner with white linen service and very attentive waiter staff. Food was great!
The service we received was not to great to be honest - the server seem to have no patience with us asking a lot of questions about the menu, also we were splurging on a bottle and wanted to try it before - the waiter said we cannot do that because “ what would we do with the bottle if you didn’t like it -“ uhhhh serve it by the glass?
Also $14 for a glass of sangria is ridiculous I’m sorry, and should offer pitchers of that for those prices.
Anyways the food came out in 5 minutes or so and we all loved our food, it was delicious! The waiter didn’t ask us if we wanted a dessert or check on us during our meal.
Probably will be back because of how good the gnocchi was- but overall def could of been a better experience for my birthday dinner.
Great meal and great service
We sat down by a table by the window witch we ask for and we received it. Our waiter was very helpful with the menu and the service was very good. We had the homemade raviolis which we loved And the chicken Parmesan was outstanding we will go back we love this place
