Best food on the island. Great service. My only negative was the ambience and noise level. Two many large tables in one room making conversation difficult. Overall, a very good experience.

Things have changed over the years. Their kitchen can’t seem to keep up on a regular weekend night. Expect a long, long wait between courses and disappearing wait staff. Good food at premium prices. Go early as apparently walk ins get better tables than parties who took the time to make reservations. And of course the dreaded 3% credit card fee.

We are returning customers at Posto , they never disappoint with the professional friendly staff , when returning its like going home for a Sunday dinner. 💕 The food is off the charts delicious and the tiramisu just the best !

Excellent dinner and not outrageously priced considering the other restaurants in the area. Nightly specials are a bit pricey. Wait staff does an excellent job. It is a very well run serving team.

This restaurant was much better last year. Disappointing this time. Bronzino was small and swimming in a tasteless chicken broth. Same with the flounder francaise which was way over priced! Calamari appetizer was good but sparse. As foodies we were expecting a better experience.

The service was excellent, but the food was poor. I had the arugula salad special and it was very lackluster, I did not even eat half of it. For entree, I had the veal piccata and it was essentially flavorless.The sauce tasted more like broth. I took half of it home to try to doctor the leftovers. Obviously, I was disappointed. I frequently eat out at comparable establishments on 7 Mile Island, so I do not think my expectations are unreasonable. Restaurant was also very very loud.

Everything was very good but I ordered "grilled" calamari for an app but was brought "fried" calamari. Otherwise a very nice evening meal.

The dining experience at Il Posto cannot be beat. The food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. I always seem to select one of the specials, and I have never been disappointed. The pear and cheese ravioli were so delicious. Topped with shrimp, crabmeat, and scallops, this entree was unbelievably good. The only problem with choosing a special is that I won’t be able to have it the next time I come in. I have never ever been disappointed with my food or the service.
