Il Pizzaiolo was born from a passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza, with a high and soft crust. We use San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte Latteria Sorrentina, Muraglia D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil, and dough with double fermentation and 80% hydration, a process that requires time, dedication, and a tradition rooted in the heart of Naples. Each pizza is baked using the best oven on the market, guaranteeing exceptional quality and flavor. Our pizza is a modern take on Neapolitan tradition.

The pizza was exceptional. Our large group split 4 different kinds and each one was delicious. My partner and I shared the Rustico. It had diced potatoes, and I was leery, however it was a fabulous combination with sausage and a cheese. My nephews had the linguine with presentation and the gnocchi. Those dishes were also very good. We ended the meal with a tiramisu presentation and it was delicious. We will definitely revisit this restaurant on our next trip in February

This is probably the best pizza I have ever had. I came to Miami for work, and when I was searching for somewhere I had to try, this was at the top. Everything I ordered was incredible! I started with Montanarina Classica, which was fried pizza dough with tomato sauce and cheese. I was very hungry so I opted for the pepperoni pizza and Pizza Regina Margherita. What makes them stand out is the way the dough is airy and fluffy, but you can taste the quality in every ingredient from the sauce, to cheese, and pepperoni. There really isn’t a pizza in Florida that compares! To finish out, you HAVE to get the Caprese Nutella Chocolate Cake. Best chocolate cake I’ve found, with plenty of Nutella, and the vanilla ice cream is the perfect finish. Also thank you to my server Anas, he truly made the experience complete with amazing service. Planning on bringing my wife to Miami just to stop here!

Great service and food. Fun atmosphere. Table side Cacio e Pepe was a treat. Pizza crust was light and tasty. Feels like Italy but, in English.

Everything was Excellent! Loved the fried dough app & their meatball appetizer! Had the Genova Pizza was outstanding light & charred to perfection! Server Anas is on point & very professional! we shared the Fettuccine made table side by him - very flavorful you the taste top quality ingredients in every bite! will be back !

Pizzas were excellent as was the cesar salad. Would give it 5 stars but the quality of the carpaccio meat was only soso. The decor is very bright and fun and kitschy. All the staff were great, especially our waiter Anas.. And the white wine, divi ci divi ( can't remember the spelling) was also delicious. Dry, light, but with some character. Very satisfying dinner. Will make it a regular!

The food and service was amazing. The fire roasted pizza was so good. My husband was so excited the my did a deep fried calzones aka panzerotti. The charcuterie was really good. The tiramisu they put together right in front of you. The limoncello was very good for after dinner. Overall it was a great experience and the food was amazing.
