   This was really disappointing. They call the place "Il Patio" but all it is are tables set up near the escalators outside Macy's. No outdoor patio whatsoever. It made things very loud and you felt like you were in a fishbowl being stared at by all the mall shoppers. They also had those waiting for their tables sit on free chairs two feet from my table facing us. Which means you are now just being watched and 6ft restrictions are not considered. Our server was lovely and did a nice job but couldn't make up for the awful experience. And this was a special occasion too. Totally ruined.

   Everything about Eataly is tasty and fresh! Il Patio was a fun, casual experience for Eataly. We had a flatbread, pasta, wine and dessert. Everything was wonderful!

   il patio is on the mall walkway. Service was slow and not very accommodating. The entire dinner we smelled propane from space heaters and the manager said they were checked in the morning and didn’t bother to check again even though we could smell it our entire meal. Food was sup par not as good as eating upstairs in the better restaurants.

   I made reservations here for my daughter’s 22nd birthday. I didn’t realize we would be sitting in a food court. That was very disappointing to me. The food was mediocre to most of us. One of us loved it. The service however was outstanding. Server, Cynthia was amazing. They did end up giving my daughter a glass of wine for her burger which was very nice.

   Ilpatio is the sad alter ego of the original restaurant. Out in front of Macy’s with shoppers instead of over looking trees on a private patio. Half the menu selection.

   Delicious food, nice wine. Service was pleasant. Ambiance was sorely lacking though- area seems really an afterthought. The whole mall has lovely outdoor spaces and this didn’t measure up for an upmarket dinner experience.

   Food amazing but basically the setup is tables chair in the middle of the mall.

   I only gave the place 3 stars for ambiance only because they have to set the tables outside Macys... which is not their fault. A busy corner that was a bit windy and cold when i went. But the food is good. The bucatini with cheese and pepper was a bit salty for me. But the rest were great. Fettucini with funghi was amazing. The fragrance and taste of that dish was delightful. Also had the meatballs, eggplant as appetizer. Both very tasty. It got hard to find our server because they can be far away from the main kitchen but i will go back once they moved back inside because there are more i would like to try.

   Young lady Was rude at il Patio di Eataly check-in for being a few minutes late. Tall gentleman at Cheese counter inside market was stand-off-ish and was bothered that we asked what he recommended for preparing a charcuterie platter.

    food is good but location is depressing. Maybe it is good enough for fast food but not restaurant selling spaguetti for $ 25
