Service is so nice. Food is very good. And Gluten Free options are among the best you can find.
Food was ok. Not as good as I thought it would be. Service is fine but not very helpful
Interesting venue once we found it! Difficult to locate on the side of WTC 4!
Food was excellent! I highly recommend the "Manhattan"' cocktail!
Not a bad outdoor dining experience.
The food is excellent, the service attentive without being pushy, and the atmosphere is pretty good as it's situated in an alley well off the street.
Delicious food and awesome staff special thanks to Carlos for great drinks five star
Lovely quiet place. Great food. Service very good but a little slow.
The patio is a wonderful addition to Eataly's downtown location. Beautiful location and very minimal street noise since tables are not lined along a road. We hope they keep it for summers and falls to come.
This is perfectly located especially if you are visiting the 9/11 Memorial. You can even see part of it from your table. It’s a lane that has been pedestrianized and there are tables in both sides.
Good Italian food at moderate prices
Good service
Service was slow, which was more difficult to deal with because it was windy and chilly.
The pizza was really their focaccia (inferior) and not the Neapolitan pizza I expected based upon my historical indoor experience with this restaurant and what I observed earlier from their take out counter.
Food was excellent and service was on point.
This was a birthday celebration dinner for a friend. There were 3 of us in total.
We had a number of pasta dishes and an eggplant dish. Everything was superb! Dessert was tiramisu and a flourless chocolate cake. Both fantastic. The wait staff was attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and could not have been nicer.
The manager stopped by several times to see how we were doing. She was terrific, and a true customer service professional through and through.
The cost of dinner was very reasonable, given the quality of the food, the number of drinks we had and the location of the restaurant. We will be returning with great enthusiasm!
great meal and service was personalized by server and manager. they didn’t have a specific bottle of wine on menu so they made another recommendation that was very good. the manager then brought out a dessert sampler as a gesture of appreciation for flexibility. very unexpected and great way to end the meal.
Had a business meeting dinner. The staff was quite attentive, I was seated promptly, and they hit all the sales points of service.
The gran tagliere was extraordinary and my guest was very impressed.
I ordered the tagliolini with asparagus- it was fantastic however the portion size was a little small for a main and price. My guest ordered the tagliatelle (which is my go to dish at Eataly) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The menu is spectacular and the dining room is very clean and welcoming.
Meh. Arrived at 4:47 for a 5pm booking. Said they wouldn’t seat us till 5 when they opened. Seated at 5:07. There were people already seated however. Gave us choices of 3 bad tables in an empty restaurant. Said no to tables we asked about. Those tables remained empty as we ate. Salads fantastic. Risotto undercooked and mealy. Same price at Cipriani and Bellini nearby. Not up to par. Service just ok. Had a better service and food at the sunny and cheaper vino bar on the same floor. This local won’t be returning.
Overall wonderful atmosphere and place to have dinner or lunch!
My third time there and have not been disappointed. So happy to see Giulia again. Wonderful service ...
My cousin was visiting from Minneapolis. We arrived early and was seated right away. The service was attentive and food was extremely fresh and well prepared. It’s a good place for any occasion - business dinner, friends get together, and in our case family gathering.
It was my husbands 75th birthday and we were treated to a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived. After a delicious meal, we were brought an assorted dessert platter to celebrate, courtesy of the restaurant. We felt very special. Loved the whole experience.
Food and Service was amazing, and when the blinds came up the views got better.
It was great but need to add more choices on the menu
Great service
Second time in this restaurant.
Will definitely go back.
The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and service was fantastic.
Made reservation EatalyDowntown for Oseteria Della Pace. Pretty disappointed with our dinner. Risotto Salsiccia was crunchy, barely any sausage. The Capesante was good but the scallops were a touch over done. Not worth it for the amount of money we spend. I would've sent it back but we had to catch a train. So underwhelmed.
It was raining in NYC and the restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel. OK in a pinch but with the number of Italian restaurants in NYC you can easy find better. Our server was excellent.
This was our second time. Unfortunately this time our Linguinni Vongole was way too aldente. Borderline almost hard raw.
My coworkers and I were excited to try this place for lunch and it was a complete disaster. The space is rather small so there were only 5-6 other tables seated. Our appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive and the main course took another 30 minutes to arrive. Since our appetizers , that consisted of 3 pieces of lettuce and 2 croutons, took so long to arrive, we expressed to the waitress we had a hard stop in another 20 minutes. She had zero sense of urgency and when they main course finally arrived we had to take our lunch to go.
Complete disappointment especially from Eataly, where we often grab lunch.
Wife had cod, no sauce and drastically overcooked. Offered pasta instead but she can’t eat pasta. Server ask manager to reduce bill . Manager said no. I paid entire bill even though wife did not eat entree and tipped 20%.?was not severs fault. POOR MANAGEMENT!Do not go! Will not return!
I enjoyed the food. But I have one gripe: I ordered from the Restaurant Week menu and chose the salad as an appetizer. The menu indicated the salad came with walnuts, and as I can't digest nuts, I asked the waiter to leave them off. He abruptly said he couldn't do that and pointed to the bottom of the menu where it was stated "No substitutions." I replied that I wasn't asking for a substitution, but rather that I merely wished the kitchen to leave off the walnuts. The waiter insisted that he couldn't do that, and that the walnuts were spread throughout the salad. So I ordered a different appetizer, but the person I was dining with did order the salad. When his came, I noticed that there were just a few walnuts at the top of the salad -- obviously, they could have been left off.
My third time here, I was pretty disappointed. The salad that I ordered as my first course it was not fresh... no flavor and the cod that I overcooked. Service was good.
Our party of 5 enjoyed shared appetizers - all delicious. Special requests for entrees were accommodated graciously by staff. Cocktails were all delicious and wine recommendations were excellent. Definitely make reservations.
A sublime dining experience as usual. Andrea and his staff are the quintessence of hospitality. The ambiance as always is elegant and comfortable. The views are beautiful.
The food was exquisite:
We enjoyed the cured salmon, pizze fritte, polenta with truffle and eggs, and fabulous French toast.
The wine list is expansive and artfully curated.
In short: YOU SHOULD EAT HERE!
The food was bland and overall just ok !! Service was amazing
We engaged in conversation with Andrea Valletta (Assistant General Manager) who was both charming and knowledgeable. He is a real bonus for the business.
Excellent food as always
This restaurant is one of our favorites, but during Restaurant Week it was noisy. Consideration should be given to mitigating the buzz, just a little bit. Also, there were a few server miscues, and the seating was a mystery - incoming parties were packed together at adjacent tables, leaving open islands of seating ... and it's a small room. Perhaps we shouldn't have visited during Restaurant Week. In any case, the food is always good.
Great views fantastic service outstanding food ambiance is really nice
Food portions seem to get smaller and smaller. Menu is limited and less than exciting. Better to eat at pizza/pasta bar instead of restaurant.
Service was non existent. Manager/hostess spent all their time hanging out and chatting with patrons at the bar and not attending to dinners sitting at tables in main restaurant. Waiter had to be searched for every time we needed something. Waited more than 20 minutes before being asked for drink order. My food (pasta with octopus) was almost cold and almost inedible. Salad and pasta had no salt-had to ask for that too.
View of 9/11 Memorial is stunning.
Restaurant is very hard to find if coming out of subway at WTC.
Bad value for dinner heard brunch is better. Don’t mind spending a lot for dinner but this place is way Too expensive for what you get.
