Food is a bit pricey but typical of upscale Italian. Service was very attentive.

Food and service was good. The noise factor was not. The music was poor choice for background noise with a very loud crowd. The music of people's voices should not be mixed with drum and electric band music.

Location, food, service were all very good. Not too noisy, unless you have a noisy table next to you!
We all enjoyed it very much.

My party and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The food was delicious and well presented. Service was very good and our wait staff was very attentive and gave good suggestions. Enjoyed it very much and will visit again.

Had a great meal tonight. The service was exceptional. We all enjoyed our food. I had pizza melonaze with multi grain crust delightful. We had cappuccino and shard a generous piece of cheesecake.

We enjoyed the freshness of the salad and dressing, chicken and tomato sauce very much; The olive oil had a super taste with the bread.
However the music with Sinatra was nice but too loud for ease of conversation. We asked it be turned down a bit, but it was at first turned off, then turned on again at the same level of loudness.

I told the restaurant that it was my son's birthday when I made the reservation.
I said it again when the waitress came to serve us.
Nothing was done!

Pizza nite good value tasty and close to home. Will go again

Staff were extremely accommodating when a member of our party was displeased with an element of their main dish. The main was removed from our bill and a substitute was included. The cherry on the cake was the staff going beyond the call of duty when we returned to the restaurant to claim take-away left behind. The salad had been disposed of, so our server arranged for a portion to be remade. We greatly appreciated this effort and would like to extend special thanks to the hostess, our server and the kitchen staff who collaborated to put together a new take-away so quickly. In addition, thank you to the restaurant manager who empathized with the complaint about the previously mentioned main dish. It was generously hospitable of her to remove the main from the bill. This was not our first visit to your restaurant and we would return again for sure, with recommendations to friends/family.

Seems to be under staffed. our server came within few minutes after being seated, and he preemptively apologized as he has to settle a bill for another table. Fair enough, and I actually appreciate that he came to greet us and introduce himself.

However, after waiting 15+ minutes, we then spotted him taking orders for another large (12+ person table), then he went to settle the bill for the table he originally mentioned, then he came back to our table. Meanwhile, I see other servers walking around.

if I was the manager, and I knew about an overly busy area, I would most definitely reassigned another server to take care of the table. In the situation I was in, customer of the restaurant was definitely NOT a priority; the rules of the restaurant were.

Food was not bad and service was acceptable but could be better.

I put in a request for birthday cake to be brought to my table for my friend. Upon arrival I confirmed this request with the hostess who told me all was good. After dinner the bill was brought to my table without any birthday desert. I was not very pleased with this at all.

We love the fact this restaurant is close by. Some place comfortable that you can enjoy some great food.

The food was mediocre and the service was a bit slow. Those of us who has the creme brûlée had stomach issues the next day.

No plans to return or recommend this establishment.

I think our waitress was covering too many tables this particular night She forgot our salad, brought the mains before we finished our salad after it finally came & no one removed the finished plates from our table for a long time. We've be here many times & this just seemed to be an off night. Service is usually better than this. The food, however, is consistently good so it's worth the wait.

Open table made a reservations for 2 on Monday 22nd. They should have known better that they were closed on that MONDAY! We drove all the way from OSHAWA to this location for our reservations to only find out that they are closed! Extremely dissapointed! What a waste of time that was for us! Shame on you for making a huge mistake like this and eating out valuable time !

Food was overly salty and seasoned. Service was good but kitchen should taste before serving.

Our pizzas were delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely return.

We booked a table at the restaurant on Friday April 14 for lunch. When we arrived st the restaurant it was closed. There was nothing I could find to indicate it was closed that day. It was very disappointing.
