Enjoyed our meal and the service was great. Sunday afternoon was the perfect time to dine.
Food is great! Michael, the GM, worked with the chef to create a vegetarian meal for my husband. It was just what he wanted. Everything was great!

How many times have you been dining and looked over to see teenagers, pre-teens, and even pre-K kids playing with electronic devices during a meal and thought …. why?
Il Fornaio now requires grown adults to use their devices - log in, input password, retrieve password, get new password, type in new password to change password to get to Passporto, to earn points. YUCK ! ENOUGH !!!

We were celebrating this special anniversary. We do not like the new way they are doing the regional menu. Our server Paula was great as usual.
Ordered the salmon cooked through and instead they brought me literally charred salmon . The cook tried to hide it by putting the totally charred side down. I didn’t notice and took a bite; I almost choked it was that bad. To top it off took forever to get my check. You would have thought after they profusely apologized that they would have at the very least taken off my soup. Nope, and I waited a good 15-20 mins for my salmon the second time; and it was a somewhat slow night. This place has gone downhill. I almost went to True Food and wished I would have as their salmon is always good and cooked to perfection!
Disappointed in the food for the price. Pasta for one of us was overdone. They admitted they had placed it under a food lamp because they brought it before we finished our salads. The other pasta dish was undercooked. Service was uneven. Could not understand the server. The signature cocktails were interesting and rather pleasant.
business dinner for my west coat sales team. Went well and they honored my request to have seating by the fireplace which is semi private and great for 10 people.
We always enjoy Il Fornaio. We went for the special on the chosen region of Italy for the month of January. The food was good and the service was great, but we missed the sampler menu that let's you order 3 courses for a fixed price. We have always looked forward to that and they have discontinued it this year.
