Il Fornaio - Las Vegas
Step inside Il Fornaio and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer while meats and vegetables roast over hot coals. Bottles of wine from small, regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy's chefs, bakers and homemakers.

Excellent service and even a candle on dessert for our Anniversary...
Everything was awesome except the noise from the kitchen$
Enjoyed everything. Great food , friendly staff with good service.
This Il Fornaio is inside NYNY, but it has what it calls an outside seating, which we always choose. It's fun to watch the people and the gaming floor. Service was quick. The wine list was good. Their bread is the best anywhere. Their house salad is very good. I always order lasagna even though it's not on the menu. Piping hot and delicious.
This is absolutely the closes to real Italian that I have had in the US! We loved everything from the fresh bread, bruschetta, caprese, meatballs, and spaghetti dinner... the taste was amazing, the quality of the food outstanding!
Hats off to the chef!!!
Pretty high priced for pretty average food. Nothing very interesting on the menu. The butternut squash pasta sounded good but was awful. A number of traditional Italian dishes, lasagna for example, were noticeably absent from the menu. Convenient to the arena is its best attribute.
My wife and I enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. We were disappointed, however, that we had to pay $7.95 extra to substitute pasta for the potatoes which came with our entrees.
Good service. Friendly staff. Menu extensive with a separate daily specials.
Overall good experience. Food and service were very good.
Went before Zumanity. Was ok, standard Italian food. Wine was more reasonably priced than elsewhere in Las Vegas.
My family and I went here for my 23rd birthday. I ordered the seafood linguini. It was DELICIOUS. The service was great. Can be pricey. But it’s worth it.
Food was awesome, great service
We both ordered the 3-course menu and enjoyed our food very much. When the server took our drink order, I learned Pepsi products (yuck!) were served and ended up not ordering a soft drink. There is absolutely nowhere on the menu that lists non-alcoholic drinks or prices. I asked if they were able to make an Arnold Palmer, and the server told me they could. My fiancée and I both ordered Arnold Palmers and thought nothing of it. Fast forward to receiving the bill: $15.80 for 4 Arnold Palmers!!!!! When the server asked us if we would like a refill during our meal, she never mentioned they were not complimentary. Had I known I would be charged an additional $3.95, I would have stuck with water. I find that to be absurd and a real money grab to charge customers per drink for ice tea + lemonade. At the very least, the server should have informed us before offering a refill that we would be charged for it. When I questioned the charge after receiving the bill, the server told us soda was free refills but not Arnold Palmers.
Although the food was enjoyable, I will never return to this restaurant when I am in Las Vegas due to our unpleasant experience with the drinks.
It was average at best, we prefer aldente pasta but ours was almost raw
Very accommodating. Great service. Good food.
Nous avons été surtout impressionnés par l'excellent service. La nourriture, sans être gastronomique, est très goûteuse et préparée avec soin. Ce fut une belle soirée dans l'esprit festive de Las Vegas.
Went there for my girlfriend bday dinner . The food and service was excellent.
I have gone to this restaurant many times over the years that I have gone to Las Vegas. This visit was pretty disappointing based on my past visits. The menu has changed significantly and was nothing spectacular and certainly was not worth the price I paid. Good points were the wait staff was very good and they accommodated my girl friends sister who is disabled. Oh and the Chianti was excellent. There are better Italian restaurants in Vegas now. That was not the case in the past. I hope they can recapture their past excellence.
Excellent (as usual)
Service was very kind and outstanding Italian food!
Not impressed. It's hard to mess up Italian, but this was not very good at all. I had the CONCHIGLIE AL POLLO and it was very bland, hardly any chicken or sun-dried tomatoes. My partner had the SPAGHETTI CON POLPETTINE, it was flavorful all right, but mostly because it was extremely salty!! We had a flatbread appetizer and each ate one section of it, also just very plain.
And then the bill arrived - for the quality of this food it was extremely expensive. We had eaten at another NYNY restaurant the night before which was worth the money, this one is not.
The food is real delicious. Tried the three course meal and the portions were generous. The service was excellent! Will definately come again...
Good value for the money, needed to stay on towards the southern side of the strip and this was perfect.
Very tasty food and reasonably priced for Vegas. Very attentive waiting staff
Food was standard Italian. Very disappointed in the oysters, they were a joke. I wouldn’t return, but it would be perfect for someone inebriated in the casino who wanted a meal a few steps below a steakhouse but better than fast food.
A staple that we visit every trip to Vegas. Great food, best bread and we always like to sit “outside” and people watch
The food was good but rushed, they were beyond understaffed and you would go at times 10-15 min before you could find a server for help. It was frustrating cause salads came and less than 5 min later the food was there. My steak was cooked correctly but the lack of service was a big turn off and spending 60 per person you would expect a better level of it.
Food was very good! We recommend the 3 course menu best selection for great price!!
Good variety of Italian food at moderate prices. Pleasant atmosphere. Attentive staff. Good restaurant for both families and a date night.
The food was very good, it was our first time dinning at II Fornaio. I would recommend if your in the mood for Italian.
Had a reservation with OpenTable, but did not look like wait was too long at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Service was speedy and food was good.
Food was very good. Service was pretty bad.
We had a wonderful meal. The service was absolutely impeccable. Our drinks came quickly as did our courses. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. A perfect place to dine before seeing Zumanity.
Excellent food in a very nice atmosphere. Service very good, but worth booking as can get busy.
Great foos. Quick and convenient. Carlos was helpful and attentive. Thanks so much.
Huge fan of Il Fornaio and this location especially. Great meal and service!
Varied menu and delicious food. Enjoyed the pizza, both regular an flatbread, and the pasta dishes. Great service and although prices somewhat high, they are in line with the other nearby restaurants. Also, many small bite options on the menu.
Great Italian food and consistent with their standards in Coronado and Beverly Hills locations. Great location on the casino floor at New York New York.
