                                                                              Great experience in the bar waiting for our table. We got a lovely table outside for dinner but that was the end of the good experience. Our waiter did not know enough about the gluten free options and led us astray more than once. The restaurant was offering a special four course meal but they wouldn’t let me get it gluten free. Why couldn’t they have a small up charge? When our food came no one came back to check on us and we wanted grated cheese. By the way, they now charge for bread. The portion was small and not that great, according to my dining partner. We had made reservations for a few days later thinking we would have liked to go back, but we have since canceled them. We won’t be back.

Another 15 to get drink orders… Soup came out cold Pizza was okay Service all poor because there were several large parties and they seemed to be overwhelmed. Poor management and planning for a busy weekend night!

Only real complaint was the hostesses - unprofessional, discourteous, unable to soothe over the late seating. A simple we are sorry for the delay would have sufficed but they were actually snotty about it. Food - superb. Waiter great! Cocktails great! We’ll be back!

It is rude and very disrespectful to chat away using foul language without any regard for customers that are their to enjoy a nice dinner!

The “Paccheri alla vodka” is absolutely deliiiicious. Recommend the pizza “Fradiavola” too. We received the best service by our waiter Omar. Overall is a great experience with one of the best views of the city.

                                                                              Our server was poor to fair, forgetting our silverware, forgetting to put more oil and balsamic in our saucer, took a drink away before it was finished, didn’t offer ground pepper on the salad, never refreshed the water glasses, we asked for butter for the bread, in addition to oil, but it never came. The view, spectacular; the restaurant ambience, spectacular; the food very good; the overall value, decent enough in these expensive times; the service, meh to weh.

We had a great waitress who helped us select delicious items on the menu and was so fun to talk to. Our table had a beautiful view of the San Diego skyline over the bay. I had a mixed seafood grill and my husband had the salmon. Both were delicious. We started with brussels sprouts. Also great. The restaurant is really beautiful. It would be a perfect spot for a celebration.

                                                                              We had reservations and still waited 10 mins for seating, though we were early but many tables looked empty. service- was horrible. The best from this restaurant was an older gentleman who made sure he topped off our drinking water. They never gave us bread with olive oil/ vinegar, we asked for it when we received our dinner. Took forever to get something or to get the attention of our server. Looked like we were not the only table having that problem. They weren't short staffed either. Drinks- the margarita was really week and I had to ask for another shot of tequila in it. The Jameson was actually served as it should be with one big ice cube in it. Food- the bruschetta isn't what I normally get.. 3 pieces of bread. One had pesto and cheese on top. One had sautéed tomatoes and peppers and one had tomatoes. Not a big fan of this. we got the linguini with seafood in it.. didn't have enough seafood in it and had too much pepper. I normally take my leftovers home but this time I didn't. Ambiance- the view was really nice and one of its saving grace for this restaurant. It's just "ok".. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Will not be returning.

                                                                              The food was good but delayed which affected the quality. The delay was caused by a manager, Francisco, calling a staff meeting after we ordered,! All wait staff left to attend. The meeting went long. I approached the meeting and asked Francisco when we would resume service. Just incredible! Food came immediately but I think it was under a heat lamp. This is a quality restaurant. Server was outstanding but management was willing to ignore customers.

She told me that management told her never to give out her name or I would have used it. The management seems a bit backward. I wont to praise the two others. The one with the long black hair and the blond were very nice and get an A+. I felt they were embarrassed by this round one The event was to be a celebration of my wife’s birthday. The rude hostess said I should have put the request for a special desert. I said I did then she changed her story and said I should have told the waitress. Is she so inapt to not understand that I did not wish to say anything in front of my wife. I did the same thing for are anniversary and the hostess relayed this to the server. We frequent the restaurant at least 8 times a year as we are inter liners, airline employees. I live in Chicago but spen a lot of time here. The server was nice but I revived my salad that everyone said was impressive. Then before I started the entree arrived. Not my our waitress bus someone new. Ever had cold pasta, I did and it is like eating past. Poor food. The desert that I had ordered never arrived. The server said the rude hostess did not tell her. She was sorry but stated the other two were fine. She also shared that this was not the first complaint about her. I am so sad the I could not bring myself to come back to the restaurant. I feel their are many restaurants I can chose from. Instead of blaming me I thought she could of saiid SORRY even if she did not mean it. We got the managers card from the other hostess who seemed embarrassed. FOR ME THIS RESTAURANT IS A FOOLISH CHOISE. Keep employees like the rude one the owners will be out of business and she will find another job. Someone in management should read the reviews. This is not the first complaint about the rude one.
