    Went to celebrate a birthday, and noted it in the reservation instructions but nothing special was done. As a first time visitor, it would’ve added to a great experience to have the celebration recognized. Overall, the experience was good, and will definitely go back, but hostess was flat-no warmth in greeting other than recognizing that we had a reservation. We reserved seats at the bar section in reservation but no reservation placard was set aside for us, although there was plenty of space at the time. Since it is a hotel restaurant, we would expect conferences, etc. from time to time so I may be very busy at the restaurant depending upon events taking place.

    The pizza was out of this world. When I took my first bite the flavors just exploded. Our waiter Greg was very personable and helped to make our 1st experience a good one.

    Very disappointing. This is a glorified pizza restaurant yet the cheapest bottle of wine is $65. I expect places to have entry wines at $30 to $40. The starter (meat balls) came out cold, sent back and came out exactly the same, third attempt to get a hot starter. Then while eating them the steak was delivered even though I had clearly stated “I don’t want my main dish till I finished my starter. The main dish was below average- a burnt steak. Very disappointing. Waitress was lovely and tried her best. Restaurant was very disappointing Adam

    I had the pleasure of coming here for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to seat me a little early for my reservation. The food was great as well as the service. Our waitress Montrea was absolutely amazing. Ask for her!!! She help with dinner recommendations and made sure nothing was lacking at the table. Everything was great! I will definitely be back.

    The food, atmosphere, employees were fantastic! They made my mom’s 63rd birthday feel amazing and we will be staying at the Westin hotel that the restaurant is at again and maybe come for my birthday in February!

    We arrived earlier than our reservation and the hostess wouldn’t seat us. The dining room had more than enough space for our party of 2. She asked us to sit in the lounge and said we could order food there, but it would take longer. She was not a warm, friendly hostess. The bartender was great, food was just okay. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. I ended up having to ask for the check. It wasn’t the type of place we’d return based on service and food.

    This Il Falo experience was highlighted by Ava, whose service was amiable and outstanding, & THE chocolate tort. After the brilliant bolognese, new scrumptious zucchini dish and wine (of course), we ate the most delicious dessert I've ever tasted... a la Chef De Pina. I was speechless for a little bit. I was also appreciative for the little things, like the vinaigrette to mix with oil for the starter focacia bread, the check in from Tyler, the Manager, the subtle table wipes and check ins that don't interrupt but let you know they're paying attention. Keeps getting better every time I go.

    Il FALÒ was amazing! All the staff were attentive and very personable. They congratulated us for our good news and gave us a complimentary dessert! The food and drinks were amazing my definitely recommend getting any of their pizzas. Thank you all for a great experience. We will be back!

    I hosted a business lunch for 4 at Il Falo last week - everyone loved their food, enjoyed great and attentive (but not too attentive) service from Phil. Toni, the hostess, remembered me. Tyler asked us some good and non-invasive questions about our experience. Anthony suggested wine pairings for each of us. This time I had a cheeseburger and truffle fries - cooked to perfection and I'm embarrassed to say I ate almost the whole thing! The lighting was a little lower - good choice - not so starkly bright. Several in my group are considering using the space for events in the future.

    Great halibut dish, the salads were good had the pear and the Cesar with steak, it was a bit loud due to a party but service was attentive. I really very happy.

    Amazing food and service! A little delay with the drinks, and the noise level is pretty rough (nothing to absorb the noise). Also not a fan of the table sharing Would recommend however!! And will be back again!

    Everything was excellent. The meatballs and Bolognese were particularly DELICIOUS! The service was exceptional and management was VERY accommodating, taking the time to show us the roof top pool and banquet area for future business events and family visits. We really appreciated the restaurant experience!

    Saw a previous review about lighting. Agree they need to find a dimmer. Very industrial feel and loud. I liked the fig pizza but my husband didn’t. Drinks we very expensive. $18 for a Manhattan with woodford. $18 for vodka martini with Tito’s. Staff and service was great. Wish they would have had some bread or the like before the entrees at this price point.

    I've been here several times and it just keeps getting better since they opened in May. I've had dinner and breakfast there, this time it was lunch, with my BFF from Chicago who knows good Italian food. Phil was our patient and accommodating waiter, wine recommendations by Anthony and Tyler's attention to detail - all professional. We got salads and the Bianca pizza. Arugula salad was bright. Ceasar salad was delicious. Pizza was cooked to perfection. I got to meet the chef too! Heading back next Friday.

    We were looking forward to trying Il Falo, we wanted a nice Italian place to go to the wasn't a chain. We arrived and were seated right away and drink orders taken and were given brunch menus, I asked for a lunch menu but were told they only had brunch (it was almost 1pm). I was pretty disappointed because when I was saw the the regular menu online there were meals the looked good and that's what brought us here. My wife ordered a pizza and I got a panini. The place wasn't busy at all but it still took close to 20 minutes to get our food. There was no bread service like most Italian places so we just sat and waited. The pizza was supposed to have hot peppers and we didn't see or taste any. The panini was all bread, we couldn't taste any of the ingredients that were on it. The best part of the meal was the fries which should never be the case. We may give Il Falo another chance but it will be a while.

    For the most part, the food was quite good. The white bean dip was delicious, though it should be served with a heartier crostini that does not fall apart under the weight of the bean dip. The salads were delicious, especially the pear salad. The pizza flavor, we had the margarita, was very good, but the crust was tough, perhaps from over handling of the dough, and it had been charred on the bottom a bit too much. The dining area needs sound dampening, as the noise of the cocktail lounge made it impossible to have a conversation in the restaurant without speaking loudly. The staff was wonderful, and our waiter was kind, attentive and efficient. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

    Hair in our food! Literally sitting right on top quite obviously. Should have been caught prior to serving. No bread for the table bc it “wasn’t ready for 40 min”. Super loud and the restaurant was fairly empty. Pricey and small pasta portions. Pretty place though in a nice new hotel.

    Pleasantly surprised at how much we like everything about il falo! For it being attached to a hotel, the ambiance was great! Food was delicious! Our server, Kevin, was amazing! Keep him! Very professional, friendly and helpful! All the staff seemed friendly, smiled and spoke when passing and/or serving tables. Will definitely go back…for sure for the salumi! Great place for a nice dinner or to grab drinks/apps.

    Great meal, but, felt kind of like being in a cafeteria. Lights were BRIGHT! Invest in a dimmer switch. Wasn’t all that busy and we still were placed next to the swinging doors to the kitchen. No hostess station. Little ambiance, but that can be fixed. Would only go back because of Jamie, our server.

    Very good home made Italian food with a creative flair. Courtesy and attentiveness of the staff was inconsistent. Our waiter was friendly, courteous and not overbearing, but hostess and other staffers left a bit to be desired. The Bianca pizza was amazing and topped with shaved black truffles. There were several unique signature drinks worthy of consideration

    Il Falo was very good, but not quite 5 stars. The wine was good, and our party had pizzas and bolognese (with calamari as the appetizer). We were seated early, and by the time we left, the room had filled up quite a bit, both with large table parties and individual diners. Service was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this new spot to friends.

    Upon arrival, the host was confused when we mentioned we had an open table reservation. The reservation was for outdoor seating and they informed us we could not be seated outdoors. It took roughly 40 min and reminding a server to get our drinks. After over an hour, two entrees were brought to our table, neither ours. When we said it wasn't what we ordered, the server looked visibly confused despite having written down our order. We ultimately left because we had waited close to 90 min without any idea of when the food would ever (if it would ever) be served. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I do not understand how this restaurant operates. Additionally, the website does not depict what the actual local looks like.

    I got the Bolognese-the pasta was undercooked but had great flavor. My husband got the halibut which was overcooked but also had great flavor. Although the service was a bit slow, I didn't mind because the ambiance was nice, the drinks were good, and the server was super friendly and accommodating. They are still new, and I think they have a lot of potential after working out some of the short comings.

    The best thing about this restaurant is it doesn’t look or feel like a hotel restaurant! Great ambiance and the food was good. Opt for less ice in your craft cocktails here.

    Oof. Not great. There’s no James beard chef here, there’s no chef at all. Pizza was charred on the bottom, blonde on top, dough wasn’t cooked, soupy in the middle, cheese not only not cooked it was still cold. Good buffalo mozzarella though. We had the “G” pizza for reference. There is no way that pasta is fresh. Honestly it was a joke. Hamachi was good quality. This is a hotel restaurant and if you know what I mean by that you know what I mean. See my google review for full deets.
