Il Conte

The food is delicious, the gnocchi very soft. Staff very friendly. The only down was the waiting time for the food to arrive.

Always a top choice to a great dining experience where you want to have conversation with friends while enjoying wonderful food.

Overall, Il Conte was fine, but not notable. With the exception of the meatballs, I didn't try anything I'd be compelled to have again. Specifics:
-Quattro Stagioni salad - A decent salad, but not an $11.50 appetizer salad.
-Lasagna (special) - served as a tomato sauce lasagna on top of a bed of béchamel. I like this approach, and the béchamel was tasty, but I'm just not a fan of their tomato sauce. The lasagna was made with braised beef in the filling, which sounds good in theory, but I didn't love it - I definitely prefer to have some sausage. I did like the very thin lasagna noodles. It also seemed like it had been thrown under a broiler or something (the top was burned). Overall, a perfectly decent dish, but I prefer my own lasagna.
-Fiocchi di Pere - my wife ordered this, and I tried a bite. Great looking dish, but it has a overly sweet flavor profile that just didn't work for me.
-Spaghetti and meatballs - the meatballs were the best thing I tried, but the Pomodoro sauce was kind of meh for me.

I will note, the olive oil they serve with the bread is outstanding quality.

The food was good, but on the salty side as most restaurant food is. I would return. My husband would prefer a more extensive menu.

Very bad service. Took an hour and 1/2 hours to get our meal. Food itself was excellent.

It was our first time here. We ate inside very nice and cozy. We had eggplant as our appetizer and it was delicious. For dinner we had lasagna special and salmon. The salmon did not say it had a sauce on it and it came with a mustard sauce which I did not like. The salmon was ok after I scraped off the sauce. Other then the sauce everything was great The server was very attentive and polite. We would go back again.

Really cute authentic Italian restaurant. Perfect portions and great wine list! The ambiance is modern and cozy, making it a great date night or get together spot.

Came here last year and it was bustling. This time, only two tables inside had patrons and some people were eating outside. No pizzas being served, and very limited menu and hours. Basically only one person to be hostess and waitress. Almost felt like it was going out of business and they were operating at bare minimum. Very strange.

Food was good, but portions were too small for the price. No accompaniments to dinner, basically ala carte.

Very limited dessert menu.

Food and service are amazing. The wine display cabinet on the wall just needs lighting. It was dark in that area of the restaurant and not very inviting.

I’ve been here many times before and have loved everything I’ve ever had. This last time was different. Quality of the food was not the same. Specials were sold out by 6:30 pm, no pizzas available, no desserts (zero) available. Was pretty disappointed.

Absolutely loved the grilled octopus with the potato & asparagus!

Excellent service, food and cocktails were very good. So refreshing to eat where all the ingredients are fresh and served hot.

Weather was perfect and we ate in their enclosed outdoor patio, had a terrific time, food was amazing!

Thought this was odd for a Friday night

The food is fantastic. Service was slow, but we will go back anyway. It seemed as if something happened in the kitchen because our food along with two other tables’ meals all came out at the same time despite being seated at different times. We had the lasagna special and the purse pasta with 4 cheese and pear. Both dishes were flavorful and delicious.

One of our favorite restaurants! Great service, fantastic food and we love that the owners work there. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Food is always fresh and meals are always authentic. A small family run business dedicated to your pleasure and not to corporate profits.

Chicken Marsala cannot be beat. Esp if you have it with a Cosmo or two!

Small plate of food for a main course. You better plan on getting appetizers and salad if you want to leave full. The lasagna was the special that night and the waitress didn’t bother to tell me it sat on a thin amount of béchamel - no red sauce. It looked like a big piece, but the layers were so thin that it wasn’t filling.

We had a great time! The restaurant owners are wonderful! The husband (chef) is preparing meals and his spouse is waiting tables. Drinks, food and service are all excellent! Great time, and great restaurant experience. Thanks Il Conte for a great evening!

Food, service and ambiance are very good but a few of the portions were significantly undersized.
We will return because we have enjoyed this restaurant on many occasions. Hopefully, the portions will be more appropriately sized.

Fresh, cooked to perfection, lasagna. Had all the appetizers and a healthy portion size of Salmon. Always consistent in quality and friendly service.

They have the best wood-fired pizza in town their ingredients are all fresh I had the Vegetable pizza and it was amazing!!

Food was good. We just felt the menu was very limited.

Enjoyed relaxing outdoor & mosquito free dining in the screened area outside Il Conte - thoughtful service, masks worn by staff & guests until seated, tables are distanced - although it did fill up more than expected for a Weds. Frito Misto appetizer is so excellent that we ordered two - calamari & shrimp lightly fried & tender. Pizza was deliciously perfect as was our bottle of Toscana! Lovely evening!

We are new to the area and wanted to try a small, local establishment.

We made reservations and sat outdoors. I was hoping for a little more ambience, maybe a candle or some fresh flowers on the table. I felt like the setting was simply some random tables assembled to maximize seating which is a shame because the space has a lot of potential to recreate an intimate Italian trattoria.

Our server was authentic, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. We shared the fried artichoke appetizer (delicious) and each enjoyed one of the pasta selections (very good). I was disappointed that my wine selection was "out of stock", but I was offered a sample of two other options.

Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience and we will return in the future.

Another superb meal from start to finish. The roasted octopus is just something I cannot get enough of and wish they would make as an entree- it’s that good. I also had their steak special which was also over the top good. Fantastic wine and service completed a perfect meal. Sadly no room for desert this time around.

Raving fans of this gem... can’t wait to get back.

Always one of our favorite places for dining or take out pizza. Ingredients are very high quality.
