We were pleasantly wowed by this restaurant. The food was amazing. Our waiter Frank was so attentive and offered many suggestions for appetizers, meals and desserts. After speaking about what a great experience it was we later learned that it was owned by the same person who owns our other favorite restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Overall very good. My entree was served missing a key ingredient “topped with fresh mozz” but when questioned was provided me with a full ramekin of chopped fresh mozz. I was disappointed the server gave the chef’s excuse that it melted within the dish…just not true. Regardless, it was a very good dish.

Food was great. Our waitress was great. Only Complaint is it’s very loud and there Is very limited parking. Also I don’t like that we couldn’t get happy hour prices unless sitting at the bar, which was packed.

The place is very pretty - Tuscany shrimp 2 pcs of shrimp with beans and some spinach 17 bucks outrageous! Got chicken franceses was tasteless no parsley no cheese on table no bread server took knife when took away appetizer plates asked server and the guy who delivered our meals for knife they never gave us a knife we had pork chop no knife when reminded server we asked for knife he laughed no apology! Really! They never brought the knife! Not even believable horrible service asked for check he went and took. New table order people just walked in… no one ever asked if everything ok no one ever asked if we wanted dessert or coffee… horrible! Won’t be back!!

Absolutely awful. Although there was only one other couple in the main dining room of the restaurant, except for a glass of water, we were ignored for 40 minutes. Although there was a bread plate of each table setting there was no bread (even though I got up and found someone to ask for some while we waited. Several repeated requests were ignored.) When the food arrived it was inedible. My wife had what the menu called chicken Francaise. We know that dish well and this was not even close to the way it is typically prepared. After seeing it and tasting it my wife refused to eat it. I ordered a dish described as steak tips and shrimp over pasta. It sounded good but it came covered with a sludge-like sauce that rendered it equally inedible. In fairness I must say that when our server finally reappeared he asked us what was wrong with the food and offered to try to make it better. However we were so incredibly turned off by the way we were treated and the quality of the food we decided to leave as soon as we could. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively and we have had many memorable meals. We will try to forget this one.

We went out to dinner to celebrate a birthday. This was our 2nd time having dinner here, our birthday guest 1st time. Before being seated, I told the gentleman that someone at our party was celebrating a birthday. Nothing happened to accommodate our guest birthday. Not a piece cake!! I think the service was off this evening. We got our drinks, which were good. Started to order appetizers, our server took 1 person order and walked away. We thought it was very strange After getting our server attention, we completed our food order. The food was delicious!! We will be back..

We just tried this new restaurant. It's beautiful inside! The service was terrific. We all enjoyed our meals. The only thing off was my drink of pomegranate martini which tasted weird and later found out was made w tequila instead of vodka which I sent back. We will definitely be back!!!!

I can’t say enough about IL Capriccio, This restaurant is is a hidden gem in Milford. Everything was fabulous from the friendly wait staff to a great menu and the food was absolutely delicious! This was our 2nd visit and we are planning on returning again with more friends!

Went back this after a wonderful meal last month. Chicken Bianco was missing wine and mushrooms. NY strip was flat and tasteless. These were amazing in November. Not sure why the drop off. Not sure we would order again or be back. Great ambiance but the inconsistent food makes you wonder. We went this past Wed night. Last month was a Thursday night. Salads were still consistent.

The parking lot is a little tight and there were no handicap spots. Housemaid limoncello was very good. We had the fried calamari the fried mozzarella and lobster ravioli. The kids had chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla. They have a good happy hour half price drinks

An Italian restaurant with 50% of the menu burritos, burgers, flat bread. To that end, we both ordered off the price fixe menu. My wife requested pasta with her chicken valdastrano, was told it would be 10$ extra when she told to continue with the pasta we were told there was no angel hair, capallini or even spaghetti. The choice was either rigatoni or linguini which is unusual for an italian restaurant. When the dish came it was black squid ink pasta which she has food issues to. Overall the food was good and the service as well. Portions were very small. Nice drink selections. I think restaurant has potential but at this juncture it is mediocre.

We had a party of 4, and was our first time there. Everything about the place was amazing. The owner/GM was going from table to table asking about our dinners and service. He then offered a round of drinks. Our server, Christina was very quick and helpful with suggestions. We will return there again and again.

This was our first time here. Tap beer selection was limited, we each ordered a quesadilla. 1 chicken and 1 steak. Both were very soggy and greasy. Couldn’t pick it up without it falling apart. We liked the atmosphere and decor, food entrees looked good from what we saw at other tables. Will go back 1 more time and order something different.

Very nice place with a great menu of food and drinks. Very large dining area with some covered outside seating.

My husband and I went there for restaurant week. There were a good variety of food choices. The food was very good and the portion sizes were good. I would definitely go back.
