Iki-jime, Seafood by Vue, was first opened by celebrity chef and restaurateur Shannon Bennett in 2017 as the next iteration of the much-loved Bistro Vue. Drawing upon the native Australian landscape as inspiration, the restaurant has departed from its famous French predecessor with an inky blue, moody backdrop and seafood-driven philosophy.
Paying homage to the ethical fishing technique, Iki-jime, all seafood on the menu is ethically and sustainably sourced from award-winning suppliers. Seeking to challenge industry standards, the thought-provoking menu is carefully curated to highlight the unparalleled calibre of Australian produce.
Iki-jime, Seafood by Vue, caters to every occasion from the more refined style of gastronomy, to hearty, less formal lunch options, as well as light and tasty bar snacks. The onsite bar, Bar Jime, is a sleek and sophisticated space offering a spectacular wine and cocktail list, ideal for post-work drinks.
