Everything about this restaurant exceeded expectations! Food was fantastic. Ambiance was amazing! And our waitress (Isa) was beyond wonderful! She went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergy and was an exceptional waitress! Will definitely be back!

Overall it was a fantastic experience and really good food. When making our reservations, I noted it was for our anniversary. The menu was personalized with our name and happy anniversary on it along with a happy anniversary card with our ticket. Definitely will be back and hopefully soon.

This place is the place for a nice upscale fine dining and a good price. The atmosphere is the perfect setting for date night or classy girls night out. The food was fantastic! Our waitress was AMAZING, ask for Kaylee G. Definitely recommend, would go again.

This was our first time at III Palms and it was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and they had our name on the menus. We had the crab cakes on fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and they were perfect. We had the coffee filet and the dry aged strip both were cooked exactly how we liked them. We split the Cesar and had baked potatoes. The service was exceptional. Trevor was our server and he was great at setting expectations and answering any questions. Overall we would rate this as one of our best dinners since coming to Tyler 4 years ago.

What a delightful find in Tyler! The entire experience was so much better than we hoped for, not knowing anything about the town or where to eat. Open Table saved us and we also ate at a sister restaurant, Twelve. Can't recommend it highly enough.

for our anniversary we decided to try III Palms. we had heard both good and bad reviews but decided to try on our on. as soon as we walked in the place was amazing. From to hostess to Hannah our server and the young man doing the Banana Foster everything was amazing

We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and everyone in the staff seemed to be aware. It seems like everyone who waited on us or brought water or anything congratulated us on our anniversary. Service was attentive and excellent. Food quality exceeded my expectations since it was my first visit. Even the personalized menu showed that extra attention to detail that we did not expect. Although the experience is too expensive to be a weekly event, they will be my choice going forward for that special event that you don't mind paying extra to get.
