    Dylan is a fantastic Executive Chef. He visited our table. Pete runs this place with an ownership mentality. It is consistently great because of him. We celebrated our time when I proposed to my now wife. My server, who I forget her name, was genuine and world class. This place will always be our go to spot!

    We decided to eat in the bar but had clearly stated that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. No one mentioned it when we got there and we had to let the waitress know at the end. The waitress was nice but pretty pushy about getting our dinner order. She came by 3 times in 10 minutes we finally told her that we were not in a hurry and wanted to enjoy our drinks and appetizers. The food was very good. The Brussels were a little tough. After we told her it was our anniversary she brought out some cake which was not fresh. It was a damper really for an important celebration.

    We had eaten at the III Forms in Austin. This was just as good if not better! Had the Wagyu bone in Ribeye, buttered corn and Moscow mule. Everything tasted great. Will be back for sure!!

    Our server Dee was second to none. We were seated in a private room that made for a wonderful meal and atmosphere for celebrating the 50th birthday of one of our party and life long friends. Dee was very knowledgeable about the menu and Wes perfectly attentive throughout the meal. The food was exquisite and matched the service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

    Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Wanted to do something a little "off the grid". A good experience, my daughter had a great time! They were out of a few items when we visited; however, overall, the service was good, as was the food.

    10 oz. Baseball Cut filet was medium rare perfection! Fried lobster tail appetizer was tender and delicious. Creamed corn was my husband's favorite side. The Bees Knees cocktail was perfectly made with Vodka instead of Gin. Very sexy decor throughout and seated in a quiet dim corner curved booth for our Anniversary. Attention to detail was noted. Loved the experience and will definitely return.

    Incredible first time ! 9/2/2023. Mariah and Jeff “with a J” took incredible care of us! The ambiance and architecture is stunning . The food impeccable along with the cocktails and wine. Peanut butter pie is insanely delicious. Service is 5 stars = top echelon. We will be back!! Thomas & Ivan

    One of my favorite places. Snapper over crab fried rice paired w a nice Chardonnay was amazing, and the wife’s filet was cooked perfectly. Dinged them a star on food just because the sides were a bit under seasoned and prob not worth $14 for 10 asparagus spears. Service was always was attentive but not hovering and the ambiance screams sexy and intimate. Will go again for sure!

    Took my brother for his birthday and we both had a great time! The waitress was wonderful, had a great personality with a nice smile.The appetizers were very tasty and the main course were excellent! I finished off my meal with a strawberry cheesecake that was light and delicious. I’d go back to try the steak next time! Thank you!

    Our server Kelsey H. Was amazing! She made our experience as fist time guests an awesome memory. We were celebrating a birthday and she made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious & cooked to perfection. The menu items are pricey, but I recommend the experience!

    We were meeting a friend from out of town and things couldn’t have been better. The booth was perfect. Our server treated us like we were her only clients and was really accommodating. She was professional, had great recommendations and knew the menu which made ordering easier. So impressive to finally find a great restaurant for those “important” meals in our lives that just need to be done just right

    Happy hour menu & drinks/wine are fabulous. We will be back again & again. Hated that the fire alarm went off & we had to move outside to the patio in the heat. Probably an isolated event. We got to waive at the firemen!

    Our server was outstanding; the steaks were great; the six cheese potatoes were wonderful. Wine list a little pricy but we found one that we liked. The dessert was tasty. It was our anniversary dinner and we enjoyed it immensely.

    Everyone was very friendly. Food was Very Delicious. Restaurant’s location is somewhat in middle of nowhere, specially for visitors who stay near beach, like us, but it worth the trip. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner and they surprised us with 2 slices of 2 delicious cakes with writing happy anniversary.

    From walking into the restaurant, the atmosphere, the service and the food. It was a pleasant experience and they really know how to take care of you. We also really appreciate it the touch of giving us a candle for an anniversary. Makes you feel like you're getting a catered service which made us feel very special.

    Night started off rough with the most awkward valet experience ever. Then the most awkward hostess experience ever. Then the whole reason we came was because my fiancé loves the lobster Mac n cheese and it was her birthday. Which I mentioned when booking the reservation and they didn’t even say happy birthday. But back to the lobster Mac n cheese. How can you be out after an hour of being open. That is more like they forgot to make it. The steak had no flavor and we had to ask for salt and pepper. It was just not a great birthday dinner at all for her.

    We had a 6 PM dinner reservation for our anniversary. We arrived a little early and we’re seated in a beautiful corner booth. We ordered cocktails which arrived on point and delicious. My wife ordered a Caesar salad as her appetizer and it was heavily soaked and dressing. They promptly resolved the situation. Onto dinner. That’s where things sort of unraveled my mind. We both ordered steaks. I-asked for a baked potato only to be told I had to call ahead for one ? A steakhouse? I ordered the ribeye cap and she had a baseball fillet mignon. Our steaks arrived. However, there were no sides. We even commented to the waiter that this looks sad. 3 to 4 minutes later , our sides arrived. Regarding the size. Stay away from the canned mushrooms. At least that’s what they appear to be watered down button mushrooms and the five cheese potatoes was slightly above average. steaks were perfectly cooked and very delicious. Having mentioned to the manager that I thought this was a white glove service, and I explained our situation while all around us tables of2 had four servers bring everything at the same time. Lastly, my wife ordered an Irish coffee. Typically these are served in a tall glass with a handle. Not tonight however, it was served in a coffee cup with lukewarm coffee at best with an extreme amount of alcohol in it, and the cream was clotted. At the price point, there are so many better options in Jacksonville. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

    The lemon and chocolate martinis we ordered were not as good as what I made myself at home the day before. They were also too pricey. Our two drinks totaled $40 with tip. the Lobster bisque was too salty. It would have been nice if the lobster Mac & cheese were creamier and less dry. 6 oz filet was perfect, tender, melt in your mouth-like. Choc tort cake didn’t have much taste. The wait staff was a little too intrusive. I was there with my son and daughter. I hadn’t seen him for a long time. We were trying to talk and it seemed there were much interruptions. We feel we didn’t get the quality for the price as charged.

    Disappointing. The drinks were only ok, the fish and Brussels sprouts had zero flavor. The wait staff was subpar. Expect much more from a fine dining restaurant. Plus— the steak was excellent.

    My wife’s steak was awesome. My salmon was dry and the bed of rice below was cold. The side order of mixed veggies wasn’t cooked. Dessert was great. We have been a few times with no issues I’m hoping this was just a 1 time thing

    Absolutely fabulous meal and service! Timing on each course was perfect and the wine choice of my server Shay was perfect pairing with my filet. I couldn’t be happier! I had the scallops appetizer, creamed corn side and Kings Crown butter for my steak. I wish I could get the recipe for the corn!

    We literally had one of our best meals ever at III Forks. Everyone from the hostess to the wait staff, bartenders, food runner, and manager we all on point. We travel around the world and always to find the best restaurants. I cannot find the words to describe what a complete dining experience we had at III Forks. Kelsey, our server made us feel incredibly welcome and anticipated our every need. The cocktails, the wine we selected and the food were all prepared and presented with perfection. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and I hate to say it but our go-to steak restaurant the Capital Grille can’t hold a candle to the experience we just had at III Forks. Thanks to the entire team, especially Kelsey and Pete for this fantastic experience.

    I believe our server was Dee and she did an excellent job taking care of us. Calamari, crab cakes, and calamari starters were great and all our steaks were cooked perfectly. The restaurant called me the next day to see how my experience was, which I thought was a nice touch.

    It was a birthday celebration and they were well aware of this…I had about 15 options for higher end steak places in the area but chose this one unfortunately. It took us an hour to get a half dozen happy hour oysters on the half shell although there were only about 7 patrons at the bar. Bartender was not super friendly until he said “nobody knows how to shuck oysters”. Why are they offered at $2 for happy hour then? We engaged the manager and the oysters still were 20 minutes (“they are shucking them fresh” I think he said…how else do you do it?). We moved to the dining room & met our oysters there. Before being seated I saw a table of 9 and we were only 2, so asked if we could sit in the other dining room. That room “was not open” so accepted the table given. Well, that party of 9 was very loud, & towards the end of our meal I noticed every other table were parties of two—they all looked annoyed too! That boisterous party of nine in the dining room that kept us from being able to talk to one another should have been seated in the other dining room—it’s Management 101. I asked for the manager and was told he is too busy in the kitchen to come out. I said well here’s my credit card and remind him about the oyster kerfuffle as well as the loudness level…we were anxious to get out of the restaurant because it was simply unbelievable how discourteous this group was being. It took at least ten minutes so I approached the host stand again where our waiter met me and said “he’s fixing a dessert plate for you now”. So, I’ve been a type 1 diabetic the majority of my life and shouldn’t eat dessert (asking first would’ve been smart), and basically, that solution would have kept us in the miserable environment even longer! I said we don’t want a dessert plate, we want to leave sooner rather than later. The manager, who never came to our table, eventually comped the 3 glasses of wine we had. Two stars because the filet, NY Strip & mushrooms were very good.

    I had an amazing dining experience at 3 Forks! The corn on the cob cream was an absolute delight, melting in my mouth with its rich and flavorful taste. My companions had the salmon and the steak, and they were equally impressed. The steak was incredibly tender and easy to cut, while the perfectly cooked salmon was a true highlight. The side of mashed potatoes was simply delicious, complementing the main dishes perfectly. The attentive service and delightful ambiance made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend 3 Forks to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
