    Great steakhouse with excellent menu selection (including some unique cuts and preparations). Exemplary service, delivered without fanfare. Comfortable and very tasteful decor. A top shelf dining dining experience in an establishment with a family-owned feel.

    Food quality was good but unfortunately several items were not hot when they arrived at the table. The server was very unsure of himself, didn't know how to pour wine (spilled some onto table, nearly dripped onto one member of our party). One drink was not right - asked for something else and was charged for both drinks. Heard other wait staff doing a much more thorough job of handling the specials, describing food options, etc. Perhaps server was too green to be on his own....?

    Wonderful experience at III Forks. Excellent waiter Jake and great food. Of course the prices are high for what you get but that’s fine dining. All in all a very nice time.

    It was a nice anniversary dinner, but our waiter came across as very snobbish. My wife's steak wasn't as rare as mine, despite we ordering both "Blue Rare," but it wasn't overcooked enough to warrant sending it back. Otherwise, the food was delicious and served timely. The atmosphere was very nice for our anniversary dinner.

    III Forks is a classy, elegant steak house in Tapestry Park. Their cut of beef is the best in town and sets the restaurant apart from Ruth's Chris or Cowford. Service is sound, drinks are fantastic. Dining rooms are a bit uppity, which is great for special occasions. The bar is dark and moody, creating a great happy hour or business dinner.

    Three of us went. Everything was very good. My wife had the steak frites which she really enjoyed. I tried the steak and did not care for the seasoning. Frites were good. I had the pork chop that was huge and very good. My son had the rib eye cap that he really enjoyed. We shared the lobster mac and the 6 cheese potatoes. All were very good. Highly recommend but it is very pricey.

    At reservation of 7 pm in which traditional Thanksgiving dinner specifically requested, we found out they were out of the turkey dinners. This was a terrible disappointment on Thanksgiving! So, they did comp us for the ala carte items and wine which was very nice of the manager. The food we did have was very good! The wait staff need to be taught not to lean over a person's food to service the person on the inside of the 4 top table.

    Made 6:45 reservations (5 people) for Thanksgiving because they had a Turkey Dinner menu ($42/pp). Arrived on time and waited 20 minutes to be seated. We continued to place drink and appetizer orders. Martinis were $20 a pop. We also ordered 2 French Onion soups and Scallop appetizer. We also ordered the Turkey Day special for the five of us. Soup was standard, scallops were good but received only 3 scallops for $36. After we received our appetizers, the manager notified us that they were out of the Turkey Day special. The manager had nothing else to offer and so we were forced to buy $60 steaks on Thanksgiving Day. At this point I was tempted to leave. We were pretty disappointed. Steaks were just OK, nothing special. Management offered us complimentary desert. This was a nice offer, since my kids love desert. Needles to say, this place is a ala cart steakhouse, expect to spend @ $100 per person. Not likely to return.

    This was the first time at 3 Forks. It was Thanksgiving to try the Thanksgiving specials. To be fair, this is a steakhouse. We were quite underwhelmed by the cold, Thanksgiving meals (3) that we all ate. Some of the meal was decent (mashed potatoes) but overall not a good first impression. My son got the lobster Mac and cheese for his main meal and only ate a few spoonfuls. Mind you, he loves Mac and cheese at almost all restaurants and devours it. A few points of contention, there was literally no lobster but the kicker was they put nutmeg in this version. That actually blows me away. It also has hardly any cheesiness to it. The best part was the service and our waiter, Sunny, gave my son a piece of cake for his bday a few days prior which was outstanding. We also ordered three other deserts besides the cake my son received that were all pretty underwhelming as well. Unfortunately, we will most likely not go back. Bummer.

    Our server was absolutely amazing!!! The food was good but they missed the mark on our table. I watched the food being served at tables all around us on time and at the same time. Our dinner experience was 3 hours long with long delays between salads and dinner. Some being served, some waiting. The same size party as ours sat after us, served at the same time and left and hour before us. They did give us a tray of desserts which was nice but overall I was disappointed, except the service was spot on. She did what she could to make the best of it.

    We are new to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area. Having moved only two weeks ago, we decided to treat ourselves to a dinner out for Thanksgiving. Our food and service was exceptional. Mark, our waiter, was great. He was attentive and kind. "Grandma's Turkey Dinner" was excellent. The turkey was moist and delicious, and the bread pudding is a must-have. We really enjoyed our dinner, and we will return. Many thanks again :)

    Thanksgiving plate of food was very tasty, but sadly, it was only luke warm. The price listing for the holiday meal wasn’t clear that dessert was an additional charge (which it was), as the online and poster menu displayed in restaurant listed entire menu including dessert listing, yet when the bill came, dessert was an extra charge. The wine was wonderful, but the Pumpkin Pie Cake was very disappointing.

    Service was painfully slow. Would have expected that if they were busy but definitely not a lot of people in there. Food was meh. Arrived cold. Super overrated, overpriced and underwhelming for the cost. Very disappointed as we expected a good experience.

    On Thxgiving, a bit of a bait and switch with the prix fixe menu that no longer included options, or a dessert, despite indications online and on a display at host table at entrance. Though my companions said they enjoyed their dinners, my turkey and fixings were tasty but arrived lukewarm/cold.

    The food was good but both my daughter and I ordered medium for our filets and hers came out medium rare. When the waiter came out, I told him and he just said “oh sorry”. No offer to correct. I also ordered a piece of pie to go and upon coming home, the pie was not in my take home bag, so I paid for something I never received. And to end the meal, it was Thanksgiving and busy/noisy but I also came in to celebrate my birthday which the hostess acknowledged. I didn’t hear anything else about it after that. I just ate dinner at Chophouse 13 on Saturday and they gave me a free dessert for my birthday. They also did not cook our steaks correctly (mine was medium and came out medium rare and my friend ordered medium rare and came out medium). They offered to recook the steaks and comp’d our sides. For a $265 meal, terribly disappointed. I will not be back. I can easily go to Ruth’s Chris or Capital Grille for that with a better meal and service.

    We reserved the "Poker Room" for our family pre-Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was absolutely perfect! The attentive staff was so nice. It's hard to find that at most restaurants these days. It was the perfect place for a nice family dinner.

    As usual the steaks were perfect. They have tons of great family style side dishes. My kids thought the mashed potatoes were perfect so those disappeared. The seafood platter was large and very tasty with 4 lobster tails to go along with the crab legs, oysters and shrimp. The calamari was unusual in that the pieces were large and we loved it.

    I took Stacie to 3 forks about 3-4 years ago for her 50th birthday. We had several friend's attend. The total bill for approximately 9 people was under $900 and the food was awesome. The menu at the time was extraordinary. This time, I was pretty taken back by the prices, and than when we got the food I was very disappointed. The service itself was good as it was the first time; But the food and the price paid was disconnected and not representative. The menu selection was terrible. The quality of the food did not represent the price paid. Our first experience was awesome, this one not so much. We have decided that it is not worth the money to ever go back 3 forks. The food was definitely not first rate. There was no "wow" factor. I take that back, we were impressed by the scallops and lobster bisque we had as the appetizer, but the main course left a lot to be desired. My mother-in-law ordered the cauliflower dish and there was no flavor and the kale tart. My wife ordered the 10oz filet - it was tender, but the Kings Truffle topping was a downer - a 1/2 tablespoon maybe. My chicken fried filet mignon was terrible - it was diner quality at best. I don't know what to say. over all, our 14 year anniversary dinner needs a re-do somewhere else. UNSAT!

    The food was very good but most importantly the service was outstanding. I have dined at many restaurants and everybody knows you can get a great steak at multiple places. That being said when you go to this caliber of a restaurant this service is what sets it apart. Definitely will be going back.

    I’m not sure what happened tonight…this is my 4th experience at 3 forks & my first 3 experiences were amazing, however, this time I couldn’t be more disappointed. The waitress was nice but not informative at all. Maybe there was a disconnect on how I should order my steak. Was it the cook or the waitress? My steak was so bland & lacked tenderness. Scalloped potatoes & veggies and bread were good. Butter w bread was so cold you could not spread it. It’s always been an honor to come here in the past, however cheaper chained steak places out-beat your flavor tonight, and tenderness…hands down. The bone in rib-eye was disappointing. The filet was a bit better. But all in all three forks disappointed us tonight. Won’t be back.

    I found the salad and the whole meal to be overly salty. Did share with the server and the manager who was there. It was explained that they salt and season everything. That wasn’t my issue. But over all it was fine.
