The service is outstanding and they have little personalized touches that make it special
My wife and I had dinner with a couple of our friends. The meal and the service was outstanding.
Always enjoy the experience at 111 Forks. Wait staff knowledgeable and accommodating. Food is consistently prepared to our taste.
The BEST!!! 3 forks has the best dinner menu, a little expensive, but worth every penny.
Steak was dry and sides were not that appetiZing. Disappointed in food overall but service was nice.
We really enjoyed our meal plus, the service and atmosphere were excellent. We will definitely be going back.
We’ve frequented the happy hour and liked it emensly. Fresh oysters from North Eastern waters and hamburgers to write home about. The cocktails are great. We thought it was time to try the dining room. Big mistake. Firstly, a steakhouse where we come from always has prime rib on its menu. Not here. Big disappointment. It goes down hill from there. We then order the featured Grouper and I the Rack of Lamb. Cocktails all around for the expected wait to be served our food and wait we did. During that time we met Peter who introduced himself as, oh wait, he did not tell us. Then he proceeded to hang around our table inordinately long. Finally our food arrived and my wife at first taste of her fish almost gaged. The dish was extraordinarily spicy and no one bothered to describe it as such. My Rack of lamb turned out to be two double rib lamb chops which were encrusted in what seamed a breading of some sort masking the flavor of the lamb. The fish went back and was replaced with what was called Sea Bass. It was a disaster. A flat portion of a foul smelling piece of protene. We left the inedable meal as quickly as possible never to go back again.
1st time customer, was very excited to have my first New Year's Eve Dinner with my new wife at 3Forks. Arrived early, seated in a reasonable time. Seated in a far back room that was absolutely freezing, it was so cold with blowing cold air it was miserable. Our server was really not friendly, did not review the specials, said nothing he could do about the cold but bring a shawl. When asked for suggestions, he was less than helpful basically steered us toward "just make your own minds up" - seemed surprised when we ordered more wine - and made us feel awkward because it was our first time there - it was uncomfortable and not at all what I'd hoped for in booking 3Forks for NYE. The food was decent at best - my Filet was over-cooked and the Sea bass was fishy tasting which I have honestly "never" had happen with Sea Bass. We will not be back - very disappointed given the $$ point.
Excellent Service. Food was very good. The have some healthy options as well. The III Forks salad is the best I have ever had. Steak was cook perfect. The bar area is very nice. You can order off the bar menu or the full menu as well. Great place to go over work with co-workers or friends. Staff is very friendly.
4 Our group of 5 had great steaks perfectly prepared with fresh salads and delicious sides shared by all. We would have given 5 stars on the food except that the fifth person had rack of lamb which was over cooked.
We love III Forks and have had nothing but great experiences every time we've visited. We're looking forward to our next visit.
We were there for New Year's Eve and had a great dinner, good service, happy atmosphere.
My only complaint is that when the meal arrived we were offered onion or tomato. When we said we wanted tomato, we were given exactly one slice of tomato each.
New Years Eve. Early reservation, still a subtle but sure rush to turn table.
great Service, never had to even think of a refill or ask for anything before a wait staff was there. Fillet was done perfectly, 3 cheese potatoes were yummy, fried Brussel sprouts also recommend. The only thing that was plain jane was my cesar salad. it had just a hint of dressing , the croutons on it were excellent I was just expecting a "wow" salad. Oh Yea the Halla Bread is very good as well.
Excellent overall, steak temperature was slightly below as requested. But it was still delicious.
New Years eve
Service was terrible. Waiter was not attentive at all. Took forever to get the main course.
Great service and food.
We have had many friends recommend this to us. We ate the best steak, salad, soup and lamb we have had anywhere in Jacksonville since we moved here. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was very attentive and made you feel special! This was perfect for a quiet date night without the kids! We will be back!
Food and service were great!!
First time here....Went for a romantic dinner. The steak was the best I’ve ever had!!!! The service was absolutely top notch! Perfect date night ambience as well. Will definitely be back!
This is always a great place to go. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I tend to go in the early hours just after open to get a good table.
Great place. My Husband and I have been there many times for Dinner. It has always been a great experience.
Eating dinner at III Forks every Christmas Eve is our tradition. We also eat here several times throughout the year. We have never been disappointed. There were three of us and we all had our steaks cooked differently and they were done to perfection. Our appetizers were Lobster Bisque, French Onion Soup and the III Forks Salad were wonderful. As a side we had the six cheese potato’s. This is not an inexpensive dinner but it is so worth it.
Christmas Eve dinner with extended family
The steak we want was not available and the steak we did get had gristle but it did have a good taste. The servers were very good. My wife ordered the bread pudding and the pecan sauce was thin and the pecans rubbery. it reminder her of store bought from a jar not made on site.
Service and food were excellent
Everything about the light was perfect until we received our bill. We had a party of 6, ordered full appetizers, salads, dinners and desserts. With that came $150 in corkage fees. In our experience Ruths Chris, Capital Grill, Flemings, etc waive corkage as long as a responsible full meal was ordered. Left a sour taste for the. night.
Great service.. good food
I have heard for some time that III Forks was a restaurant that I had to try. We finally gave it a shot last night. There was absolutely nothing disappointing about this place. Everything was five star from the atmosphere to the the service to the food. The price point is high but when you taste the food you taste the difference and recognize the value. Every bite was amazing. From the main course through each side, every bite was a savory treat. The atmosphere was classy and elegant and the service was perfect. I suggest you request Chip. The restaurant was packed, yet we never needed anything he wasn't on top of as if we were his only table. Can't say enough good about this establishment.
We went for dinner with friends. Food was excellent and worth the high prices. The noise level however made it difficult to hear our conversations.
Thank you for making our annual Christmas party a pleasant experience. We each had a wonderful time. Good food, great service and the spirits were awesome.
Florida O&P Services
The restaurant is attractive, just incredibly noisy. We were a small party and our waiter was preoccupied with other larger tables, even apologizing for not giving us good service because he had other larger parties to attend to. That kind of apology doesn’t resonate well when you’re throwing down $200 for a meal for three people.
The food was pretty good, although the presentation was unappealing: a filet brought out on an extremely large plate without anything else on it. I’d choose Ruth’s Chris over III Forks next time because the ambiance and service are far superior and the food equal or better.
Absolutely fabulous dinner. Excellent service. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Actually a little surprised how delightful it was...
III Forks has always been a favorite... but our last visit (business dinner) was SO loud and the service was sub par. Even though we were seated in a booth, the overall noise level was overwhelming and it was difficult to speak and hear. It seemed that business holiday gatherings picked the same night and other guests were quite loud (possibly due to happy hour and speaking loud to be heard above the crowd). Food was average- Good taste but served warm. I can go other placed to get average food, and save a lot of $.
I will revisit III Forks. Not during crowded holiday time. I would mention all of the above before I would recommend III Forks.
This is one of the best steak restaurants in the county!
Outstanding food and service!
III Forks is amazing!!! It’s a little pricey, but worth every penny. The drink are perfect, and the food it some of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend, and will definitely return.
Great Ribeye! One of the best I have had.
