The food was very good and the service was excellent with the appropriate amount of attentiveness. We shared the warm spinach dip with toasted bread and also shared the 18oz. Wagyu Beef Strip and Mashed Potatoes. Given the nature of the "Covid Spread" with spacing of the tables, we did find our table to be in a corner, behind one of the large, wide pillars in the space. It did feel a bit away from everything which though can be romantic, my preference would have been at one of the more "open" tables. That is the only thing to have bothered me just a bit, but not anywhere near ruining the time to be there.
Thanks for making this evening special! It was a spontaneous idea to pamper ourselves after this winter storm and were rewarded with an outstanding dinner. The service was warm and friendly and we enjoyed this evening. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Everything was awesome!! Ribeye perfect!! I’ll come back again.
Always a delight to dine at III Forks. Mick was our waiter and days later we are still talking about how much we enjoyed our evening because of him. Thank you III Forks for making every experience with you outstanding.
Yall are way overpriced. My steak was not cooked to my specs. I asked for medium. I got medium raw. The recommended bread pudding was lackluster (take notes from steiner steak house) The saving grace was the Brussel sprouts.
Great experience, the waiter was very knowledgeable of my wife's allergies, and explained what she could and couldn't have. Was our Anniversary and we were given 2 glasses of wine. Was awesome.. FYI Cheesecake is amazing!
Ask for Mick!
Great service. Attentive and polite staff.
food is usually good, but had some issues this time. The 6oz filet was thin and seemed lower quality and was overcooked. The 8oz filet was high quality and cooked correctly.
Also, the service was really not good. Took forever to get drinks. Server would pass our table frequently without looking over at us. We would try to get her attention, but mostly to no avail.
The service was great, but I was expecting higher quality meat when spending $135 for a 42day dry aged bone in ribeye. Might have helped if they actually cooked to a MediaSmart Rare like I asked, but some of the center was borderline blue.
Overall, I would not go back. I've been making better steak on my own grill since my early 20s.
Service, food, and atmosphere was amazing as always! Thank you for the special Valentine's Day!
Everything about 3 Forks was excellent. The food was delicious, ambiance was refined but not pretentious, and the staff wore masks and gloves for COVID mitigation.
The steak was as good as any quality steakhouse, but we loved 2 of the dishes. The King's butter add-on for the steak was delicious. It has truffles but they don't overpower it. Also, the Texas pecan cake was incredible. We're coming back with family!
Great food, cocktails, service and ambiance.
Service was amazing, food was good and the atmosphere nice.
Mickey is incredible and keeps the experience entertaining! He’s great at suggestions too. We got the king crab legs for the first time and I can’t stop thinking of them! So good!
Our experience was better than expected!! Our waitress Maureen made a special occasion even more special!
Service was excellent. Ambiance was terrible. Value for the quality of food not good. Spent $200 and left very hungry. Made dinner when I got home. Overpriced for what it was and will not return.
Our waiter Mick was attentive, kind, and fun, and our meal was delicious. 3 Forks made our Valentine’s day very special.
It's my favorite restaurant in Austin. Dine here every month
Great place to take a beautiful woman and have a wonderful and relaxing meal
If you come here, Stephanie make the BEST drinks. Drinks on the menu are all great, but if you want something a little different and creative Stephanie is your girl. She made me a delicious blueberry/ grape cocktail that was fun and creative. Dinner experience was very nice, got the steak, was cooked perfectly. Will be back!
Dinner was great.
Everything was absolutely amazing from the service (Thomas) to the food and atmosphere. Will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of favorites!!!
Awesome experience. Food is outstanding as well as the service.
Overall, we enjoyed the food and drinks. Our only let down was that we had a celebration and we’re never asked although we included it in our reservation notes! Being someone that works in fine dining myself, it was hard to let that one go especially when we’re spending well over $300 for two people. Although the food was great, the lack of attention to detail was a slight let down.
The table location I was sat at was not pleasant and made my dinner unpleasant bc i just kept seeing staff and customers walking to the side area and restroom. And everything walked right past us. Felt like we set in the middle of the walk way.
Spent the weekend celebrating our anniversary in Austin and this was the highlight of the whole weekend. Impeccable service, food, and atmosphere. The steak brought my boyfriend to tears. That was the first time I’ve seen him cry. My pork chop was the best I’ve ever had. Even the bread was on a whole new level. The staff offered us an Irish whiskey cream toast and dessert. Best decision we made.
Great service
One of my favorite places to dine!!! I particularly love the III Forks Salad.
Food preparation was on point. Good menu choices and accommodating staff.
III Forks is one of our favorites. We took our young children with us and our waiter was so accommodating to their needs. It was an enjoyable experience for all.
Atmosphere was nice, food was not good. I only liked the steak. Service was excellent. The place is not bad, the food just wasn’t good.
Good service, we were seated by the bar in a booth. Nice ambience, bathroom nicely decorated, clean. Music was too loud, we could hardly hear each other. Main course was delicious but but expensive. Chocolate Cake was very dry, maybe not fresh. Overall satisfied.
I love I’m this place. It was my birthday and they made it very special. Food was the best I’ve ever had and the service was impeccable
Great atmosphere, amazing service and the food was delicious!
The restaurant was pretty crowded and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The food was and service was great. They messed my order and where so sorry about it that they fixed it right away.
Brussels and Potatoes could have been a little hotter
It was very relaxing and great service and food. Proper social distancing. All wait staff were wearing masks and gloves.
Great wine list.
The food and drinks were fantastic.
Food was great.
Cocktails were good.
Service was outstanding.
