Overlooking the El Yunque National Forest and the River Course, is a family-friendly venue, known for its authentic Puerto Rican cuisine favorites and spectacular scenery. Located on the Rio Mar Clubhouse’s second floor. This new restaurant offers handcrafted cocktails, artisanal beers and light bites at Iguanas Bar. The mind behind this well known restaurant, Chef Jorge Cátala with over 15 years of experience makes sure to bring the highest quality products, including fresh lobsters & fish from local fisherman’s. The staff was very friendly. My wife and I were welcomed immediately and always felt tended to without them overdoing it. The drink selection was perfect for all different pallets. The food recommendations for the authentic local vibe were spot on. 10/10! Would definitely go back

The Capresse salad with touches of guava was sensational & the Chuleta Can Can was huge, good,tasty & crispy borders & the service was magnificent. You can go to Iguanas any time, we have been going x more or less 15 yrs

So glad we chose to dine at Iguanas Cocina. My husband ordered the prime-rib and I tried the shrimp mofongo. Excellent choices for both of us. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was my first time trying mofongo and the shrimp with garlic sauce made it a very tasty entree. Our waiter, Prajerio was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A little pricey but we would go back again.
