Ignite Kitchen + Cocktails Ratings and Reviews
Came for a date night. Our server was very friendly, food was fantastic (I had the green chile philly and boyfriend had the breakfast burger). Probably wouldn’t get the coleslaw again as it’s very peanut-buttery, but I’d definitely go again for the atmosphere, great service and great food.
We were craving for burgers and they hit the spot. Tayler, our waiter, was excellent by taking good care of us. They also support Metro Caring, so be sure to bring canned goods & you might be rewarded for your efforts. I wish more restaurants would support this great organization. If we can afford to dine out we should be able to help out people that are struggling to put food on their table. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we purchased their Pass Card that is also good for their other sister restaurants.
What a great experience! The service could've been a little quicker, based on how slow the overall restaurant was, but the food and cocktails were outstanding! Don't miss trying this restaurant at least once. I wish we had one closer to us, but we'll be back!!
Went for thanksgiving and got shoved up in a corner next to the bar although there was plenty of space elsewhere. “Bottomless” mimosas consisted of the server refilling maybe every twenty minutes.. and on top of it I got charged twice. Have come here before and received good service downstairs but rooftop services was subpar.
We visited the restaurant on a Friday night. The perfect margarita is not so perfect. They claim to make it with lime juice and no mixer. All three of us that ordered the margarita did not like it and all thought that it was heavy on mixer.
Deviled eggs and guacamole were good.
Entrees just so/so. Feedback on burgers and steak sandwich: average. Poki bowl had no sauce. Mac and cheese is not good.
The waitress was friendly, however service was slow.
It was chilly so I'm sure that's the only reason it was quiet. It was too cold in the restaurant and apparently warmer on the rooftop area. Food was good. Drinks (and food) were a tad overpriced for a good brunch value, but it's nice to know we could get a reservation during a Broncos game. We will be back!
The atmosphere is classy, yet casual with an industrial feel. The dining area features an open concept with really high ceilings and a kitchen in the back where you can watch the food being prepared. The staff was friendly and we received great service!
They have great happy hour specials for both food and beverages! $5 Cocktails, $3 Beers, and a lots of food options.
Plus if you join their email list you get 10% off on every visit, and 20% on Thursdays!
It used to be a burger/whisky bar so the fact that the burgers are amazing goes without saying.
Their other food is also really good.
Let's talk fries: Not too thick, not too thin. Not burnt, but not floppy. Crispy and golden as a fri should be. They are top notch! I'd definitely recommend getting the truffle fries.
I know almost everywhere does truffle fries these days, but Ignite truly does it better than most!
The korean chicken sandwich is really wonderful. I love their sesame soy sauce! It's a really nice way to have a chicken sandwich that's deliciously different.
The fish and chips are also great and unique. The use cornflakes as a coating and the result is a wonderfully crunchy piece of fish.
It's a good spot to bring a bunch of friends for some drinks and unique twists on classic American food.
Overall my friends liked the food and drinks. However, the burgers needed some seasoning before cooking. Foods were cooked nicely but there seemed to be missing components. The drinks were inventive but didn't seem to be executed with love. The basil martini for example was too sweet, and the colorado mule (name) was thrown together on the fly because it was missed by the bartender
Atmosphere was appropriate for the menu and bar scene.
I would recommend moving the table directly in line with the bar and the patio doors. Very poor design
Love the owner. Super happy, friendly and smiley. Stopped briefly but didn't linger, made and smile and has tons of energy.
Food was good but we were a tad neglected by our server. Probably just giving us space since we were clearly on a date. There was a loud group, err, large group with a few loud individuals watching the game. All in all, a nice place. Fun and a place we'll revisit.
Margarita was sour, but they quickly sweetened it for me when I asked. Food was ok/good. Service was friendly and great. Happy hour prices for cocktail&beer was nice. Good place to grab dinner before a Rockies game. Very reasonably priced. Good Denver feel.
Our service was okay, it seemed like she had the entire roof top area inside and out so she was a little busy. I was planning on getting another drink but she never came back and we had to go get our check. I just felt like we were forgotten about so we ended up going somewhere else for the drink. The man candy and the location where we were sitting (roof top) was the best part of the evening.
Ignite was fantastic. My wife and I went there for an anniversary dinner. We were blown away by the friendliness of our server. She bought us an appetizer because my wife had a little piece of lettuce on her menu. Talk about high standards and great service. Very good food and incredibly attentive staff. We were very impressed.
