Always a pleasure to enjoy lunch at this beautiful spot. Sadly a bit disappointed with the clam rolls. Not many clams and the few that were there were overcooked. Not up to our prior experience.

We live locally and CGH is almost a weekend visit to dine. We love the food quality, service and ambience of the restaurant. We also love that they change their menu a few time a year which offers variety, (many other restaurants don't do this and get boring). The recent change CGH has made to their Filet entree unfortunately is a bust. While the meat is good, it paired with what would normally go with a short rib and presents like a fall dinner which was disappointing. Sometime the chef can get excited about something, but they should look at the reviews and respond accordingly. At $56 for this entree, other restaurants have them beat hands down on quality, presentation and price.

The setting and ocean views are beautiful; the food is exceptional; and the service (our waiter's name was Cameron) was exemplary. Overall, a first-rate dining experience. Highly recommended.

We had dinner and the food was really good and the service was excellent. Thank you to our wonderful waitress Victoria, she was excellent. What a nice place to eat on the water!

The whole experience was a 5 stars for me. Waitress was amazing, greeter was friendly, the view was great, the food was really good. I had the mahi mahi and it was so good. if I had One complain it’ll be that I wish the portion was a bit more. My husband had the salmon and the portion was huge and so well cooked. Our deserts were so tasty. The manager was nice. Overall it was a great experience and made my husband 40th birthday memorable. I can’t wait to visit again

Patio dining on a beautiful summer’s evening is amazing. Noise level much lower on patio than in dining room, a plus for us. Food for everyone was outstanding.

I’ve gone to Coast Guard House for years and have always enjoyed it. Lately, the food has been amiss and it’s not the same Coast Guard House. May 21st I went and 2/3 of the entrees came out cold and the waitress told me they’ve received that complaint before.. June 3rd, half the meals come out cold again. For such a high end restaurant, for this to happen twice is not just unacceptable but it’s also unlike them. I hope they figure this out because we frequently go there with family and friends but we might have to change our tune after these last two dismal visits. To pay over 50 dollars per person, the food should be exquisite and hot. Still, always a beautiful view.

Everything was perfect, except for the fact that when I booked the reservation for our anniversary I reserved the confirmation, it showed me beautiful pictures of what to expect. We got there. It was out on the patio and absolutely nothing like the pictures not at all. they really need to remove those pictures! The fact that we got engaged there 13 years ago and got married down the street 12 years ago it was a special night! The setting was not not special like the photos
