   We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was nice and chill. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were perfectly made. Igloos were spacious and clean. Would definitely do it again.

   Great experience. The igloos provide a very relaxed environment for secluded dining. The food was very good! Definitely would recommend going later in the evening and during colder weather.

   Came here for a double date night & it definitely did not disappoint! The staff, the ambiance, drinks, and omg… the food was the best part! Definitely 10/10 experience and we shall be back for their summer theme!

   Everything was great. I have absolutely no complaints. The food was good. My friend did say the ribs taste more like roast then ribs. The atmosphere was wonderful and our host was amazing he provided everything we needed

    Had the greatest time! Food and drinks were delicious, although overpriced. Service was pretty quick. Wish we had more than 2 hours because once we finished eating and paid the check, we had to leave to allow time for the next group.

    We really enjoyed our evening. The atmosphere is great! Brittney our server was knowledgeable and personable. Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the brussel sprouts and parmajan fries. The igloo seating is comfortable and great for eating and talking. The drinks were good and strong. Would definitely recommend the Igloos to friends.

    Igloos on the Patio was wonderful! The servers were friendly, attentive, and able to give good suggestions. The food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend the crab cakes, the truffle fries, and the Brussel sprouts. The charcuterie board was also very nice. The drinks were very good.

    I have obliged this establishment a few times! They have a fantastic ambience going in but are very poorly run! Some of the staff are very nice, but I have to say the service is horrible for what they require you to pay, it doesn’t match up! They need a serious REVAMPING! Two of the four times I was here I was overcharged! After a whopping $5-$700 dollar bill we accumulated, they had the nerve to charge my card over $200 for what? I wish someone would tell me. The second time I spent over $300, and again was charged $200! This is absurd! I have long been over Durham Unscripted Patio, but only obliged because they carry my favorite Moet Ice Champagne! Well needless to say I couldn’t even get that, so on top of checking us in late because no one knew where the hostess was (which became our penalty-GO FIGURE) 🤔 they were also unable to find the champagne that they claimed was in stock 🧐 So now establishments are hiding CHAMPAGNE? From who? I will never attend a reservation here again! Be mindful of having your card on file with them! You too may fall VICTIM! Very dissatisfied customer……

    While the staff was extremely kind we waited more than an hour for our appetizers to come out and then some were incorrect. The staff was very apologetic and they gave us two desserts for free which was nice. The food was very mediocre but it was it was a very cool setting and a fun and different venue.

    The Unscripted igloo was an exceptional way to celebrate my 50th birthday! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were potent and flavorful, the service was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering this experience.

    The service is quite slow for an afternoon. The food is pretty darn good (we shared apps between 7 people). I wish they had more gluten free options as one of my friends has celiac and her options were woefully limited. Overall it's a fun time but be sure to order quickly so you don't have to wait so long to get drinks. Food came out fast though!

    Enjoyed our Galentine’s Soirée at Igloos at Unscripted. Food and drinks were pretty good. Nothing to rave home about. The service was ok. It took an extended amount of time to get our drinks from the bar as there was only one bartender working. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves but I’m not sure if I would come back again.

    I am a review person, I always read reviews before attending. The igloos are hard to get, I had to get a reservation for 4:30 to 6:30, which was cool because we were just chilling. Most igloos stayed empty until around 6 or so. But it's a beautiful scene at night & the igloos are very comfortable with the heaters. Also Bluetooth speaker is nice for your own music. I had read in a review that the food was suspect. Not sure what experience or chef they had. But the food was absolutely to die for. Best meal we have had in a long time. Excellent. From drinks to shareables to the main course. Cool vibe in the bar area. Laid back, not crowded but enough to enjoy. We will definitely go back next season for sure. Nice weekend.

    My best friend and I dined at the Igloos and we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed to view, the vibe and the food. We were able to watch the sunset, play music in our individual igloo and really enjoy the scenery. The staff was extremely attentive and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Jamie and Tamaryn both were professional and helpful with suggestions about food and drinks. The food options were great. When our reservation was up, our waiter very politely let us know that he enjoyed serving us but they needed the table for the next party. We felt very welcomed and we are definitely going back.

    Our speaker that was provided by the hotel died in the first 45 minutes so we had no music. They didn’t replace the speaker once it was reported. Other than that, the ambiance was cool.. it rained but we were still able to have a warm, dry space bc you can zip the igloos up. I’d go again .. but only for drinks. It’s pretty pricey

    We have been here numerous times and always enjoyed it. We were looking forward to bringing family visiting town to the igloo experience, as we knew it was a popular experience in downtown Durham in the winter. The drinks were great, food was great, but service was subpar. our server was GREAT, when he was around. We ordered our meals and from the time we ordered to well after we were halfway through with them (over an hour) our drinks were empty. We ended up having two drinks throughout the dinner when we would have had 3 or 4 each. In the end, we were charged for 3 extra drinks. Overall, a decent experience and we will be back, but hope to see better service in the future, especially at a minimum of $50 a head.

    Overall it was a great experience! I would recommend it . Our igloo wasn’t ready when we got there but that was fine we did wait about 10mins The server was great! But it took forever to get drinks. Food was absolutely delicious and came out fast! The hotel needs some MAJOR upgrades in order to keep the classy and upscale vibe! The hotels condition takes away from the experience. Highly recommend upgrading the hotel . The igloos are great thing and fun for everyone I do recommend having small treys available in each igloo for ppl if they would like to have their food on trey in Laos since igloos can be small .

    My wife and I went to the igloos to celebrate our anniversary and valentines. The igloos themselves were very nice! I was super pleased with the our waiter, Doug. He said he had just started but his service was above expectations!! A++ The food was prepared to perfection and the time we waited after ordering until the food came was like the blink of an eye. The only issue I had was with the guests of the hotel. With the igloos being on their pool deck/patio you have all the rooms right around you. We went on a Friday evening and had the unfortunate luck of being place right next to a room that was having a party and walking in and out of their room smoking almost the whole time. My hats off to whoever their photographer is too. They did a great job of taking the pictures and only showing the “upscale” look of the place. The hotel itself gave me the “Motel” vibes. It was a good one time experience, but I’ll probably never go back.

    Lucked up on a reservation after my friend had suggested we try. When we initially looked, there was nothing available for another month. Needless to say, it was meant to be and it all happened during Triangle Restaurant Week. Our server J'Colby was phenomenal and very upfront which is what I like. He made sure we were well taking care of and had a good night. The apps were tasty: crabs cakes and shaved brussel sprouts. For dinner, we went with the Igloo Wagyu Burger that came with truffle fries and the Rosemary Chicken with Mushroom Risotto. On the plus side, the drinks were made to perfection. I just wish had room for dessert!

    Eating dinner in an Igloo on a rooftop patio? Why yes, that is exactly what this is. Good food, excellent surroundings. Comfortable seating. Igloos are heated but your toes may get a bit chilly. Highly recommend wearing layers, or better yet, bring a blanket to put on your lap. I suppose they should offer blankets to their guests (especially since this a hotel-associated restaurant!) Bring cards or a game - service is slow but once they get organized all is good. Food is good - you must order the fries (trust me!). Have fun. ;-)

    I haven’t been able to book this experience since it premiered, but it did not disappoint. Yes, you are in a covered igloo with an electric heater. There was plenty of room for our group of 7, just make sure the folks who get cold are near the heater. Everything everyone ordered from the fun menu was great and not cold, even though we were there on a cold, very rainy day. Staff was great as well, in spite of the weather.
