   We took our daughter to this restaurant for the first time and reserved an igloo for her 17th bday. Really nice ambience and our waitress Jasmine was on point. It’s so hard to get good customer service and she gave us exactly that. The food was a little expensive especially for my daughter’s steak which was over $40 but I’ll take good customer service over that any day. The only complaint would be the fact that we told Staff that it was her birthday, but they didn’t do anything special for her. Other than that I’ll give you five stars. we will be back!

   My husband and I went to the Goodyear house igloos for his birthday and had a great time! The ambiance was very cozy and romantic. They had a cozy blanket and a heater but I recommend wearing warm clothes, and bundling up! I would definitely do this again for a special occasion!

   If sitting in the igloo, make sure you order and eat before your two hour limit is up. Our service was very slow and we also took our time. Was not told we would be moved in two hours. Took 40 minutes to get food once we ordered it and the food was average.

   We celebrated a birthday/retirement for a dear friend. The experience was wonderful and the guest of honor really enjoyed the uniqueness of the igloo atmosphere. The service truly enhanced the evening for all. The food as always was excellent! Thank you Goodyear House for making our celebration one to remember.

    Cute concept! Haley was attentive and very personable. The food - OMG! So good! Small menu, but the food is prepared WELL! We will definitely return and we would recommend The Goodyear House to anyone! Loved the food options; lots of vegan choices. PERFECTION!

    Got to sit in an igloo. Food is amazing. One of the BEST steaks I've ever had. The NoDa at Night is one of the best cocktails I've had. Everything was awesome. However, what stood out most to me was the awesome staff. The service is awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better server, Logan. Will be back, soon! Just a great vibe too. Already have another reservation made for brunch.

    Food wasn’t all that, igloos were dirty. Its really just a hype piece. Nothing romantic or cozy. Spent $200 on a subpar meal for our anniversary. Would not recommend.

    Really nice, unique take on an outdoor eating experience. So keep in mind you pay $25 right off the bat to get into the “igloo rental”. Definitely reserve this for a special occasion. Limited, streamlined menu makes it simple to order. The waitress recommended de pork cheeks, and surprisingly it was very good!

    Igloos here are super cost effective compared to others around charlotte. They're warm and cozy with cute lighting and the back yard area is great. Food was yummy too. Would definitely recommend.

    The food was amazing and the igloo was a really fun option for something different to do. However, it was a bit disappointing as we booked for my husband’s birthday and out of all the empty well-lit igloos, they put us in one that was far away from any lighting, and it was so dark we could barely see our food. I also called to say we were celebrating a birthday, however there was no acknowledgment whatsoever from the staff.

    We brought our kids (6 and 10) to celebrate a birthday dinner and had such a great time! Our waitress Meredith was outstanding, the food and drinks were awesome, and the igloo experience is so fun and unique! We will definitely be back!

    I normally don’t leave reviews but felt it was very necessary to recognize chef Rocky for coming out to assure us that our 4 year old daughter with multiple food allergies could safely dine today. Making time on a busy Saturday afternoon to come speak to us made me feel grateful for her effort and time making sure that there was clear communication about my daughters allergies. Thanks, Chef Rocky! Would love the restaurant owner to consider a separate fryer for French fries

    The ambience, time management and service were impeccable. The food was delicious but the price was a little outrageous. I did however love the idea of the five dollars buys around for the staff! When I served you really felt underappreciated when people didn’t recognize the job that you did. It nice to have that option!

    I rented an igloo for lunch one Saturday w/ a girlfriend and it was so fun! Their cocktails are a 10/10 and the service was so good. The food we had was also amazing (definitely recommend the shaken fry bag)!

    Food was overpriced for what it was. It wasn’t the price tag but rather the quality of the ingredients. The food tasted fine for what it was. Ambience was excellent and the service was simple and efficient. Cocktails were delicious and priced well.

    My only major complaint was no mention was made while making the reservation or before being seated about there being a $25 surcharge for booking an igloo. Also the menu was bleak (almost confusing) in terms of what was included with the entrées and just describing in general what they were.

    The igloos was warm and cozy, and we didn't hear a thing outside. Was perfect for the intimate dinner I had planned for my birthday. The service was outstanding, they checked on us multiple times. Such a unique experience and the rental goes to a non-profit which really makes me feel good! So well worth it, highly recommend!

    The experience was great. The only downer was that we showed up at 2pm on Sunday and we’re told we could only order from the brunch menu. We were kinda bummed as we were only interested in items on the main menu - I guess it is our fault we didn’t check beforehand. The food was great and so were the igloos. It was soooo quiet though! The igloo area needs some music.
