Igloos at Farmers & Distillers

Our waitress was lovely and helped make the experience really nice.

Sinclair (whose name I hope I’m spelling correctly) was a fantastic server and presence throughout our dining experience. Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating.

We had a great meal in the outdoor igloo. It was a cold night (in the 30s) but the igloo made outdoor dining pleasant. Loved the spirits tasting, the donuts, and all the info from our server, Benjamin. The food was really good too!

Great food and service. The servers and waiter were pleasant. The igloo was clean and had plenty of space. We only had four but 6 could fit comfortably. And the igloo charge was out on the bill which made it easier for the party to split it evenly. Overall good time.

Loved our waiter Katherine. We had dietary restrictions in our group and she was very knowledgeable about the menu to help them choose. The igloo was great. Could use another more powerful heater but you are in a plastic bubble. There are slats that you can unzip to have more airflow so its not fully enclosed. You can also leave the "door" unzipped.

Food was delicious! The igloo was perfect for social distancing. Returning again this weekend!

We reserved the igloo for weekend brunch. The food was incredible. The heater provided enough warmth where we were able to enjoy our meal outside without our coats. It was a nice and cozy environment

My friends and I had a great time dining during restaurant week. Although there were a good amount of people dining, it appeared that everyone was following the social distance guidelines. We thoroughly enjoyed dining in the igloo and would do it again. The food was good, drinks were just okay but the great customer service we received really helped make this an enjoyable experience for us all.

We had an igloo table and really enjoyed this special treat. It was a chilly night, but the igloo was comfortable - not cozy warm - but comfortable. We were a party of 4 so maybe with more people, it would've been warmer. Our server was lovely and the food was delicious. We received two free spirits tastings which were interesting to try. Not really our favorite because we're more beer/wine folk. There were people eating outside under very warm outdoor heaters, but I much prefer the specialty of the igloo!

Igloo needs a larger heater to push out a little more heat in case customers desire. Maybe possibly charge $50 7days a week instead of hiking price up because it Friday or Saturday same igloo everyday SMH. I tried something different just wish it had been a little more sensible.

Went for restaurant week they had a fantastic deal. The igloo was also super cut and super Covid safe

Absolutely fantastic. The igloo is gorgeous and the tasting was amazing! Highly recommend reserving the igloo for an extra special night.

Everything was good with the exception that we were oddly bumped to a different time - it seems that either Open Table or the restaurant's scheduling system got screwed up and while we got an email confirmation that the time was to be at 6pm we were told, on our way to the restaurant, that they had us down for 9pm! We ended up turning around and returning to the restaurant at 8pm.... Further to this the MC said that we'd get drinks on the house, but that actually didn't happen. Otherwise, the igloo worked quite well for the five of us....

We had a lovely igloo experience with fantastic service and phenomenal food. The igloo reservation came with a spirit flight which was a lovely addition!

Andrew was our server he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We really enjoyed ourselves. The best outdoor restaurant I have experienced this far.

This was my first time , I loved it and I will be back soon. My waiter was awesome, polite and attentive.

Great experience but please allow more reservation time in the igloo based on party size, there were 6 people in our party and 1hr 30mins was not enough time to select, eat and enjoy.

I think the Igloo idea was great, I have experienced the igloo event at the Watergate, and the experience was more lavish due to decorations and location of the igloo. Apparently, my party was the only one that booked because we were sitting smack dab in front of the other diners while they just sorta watched us eat. I was thinking the igloo would be more secluded or further away from the others, but also understand that due to COVID, seating is limited. Also, the brunch menu was not available, jut lunch or dinner. My out of town guest was looking forward to the awesome food offered, but hopefully we can partake some other time when the pandemic ends. Great job otherwise F&D!

Food and drinks were great. Igloo experience was nice! Only recommendation is to inform customers when booking with late evening reservations of time of kitchen/bar closing. Therefore, dinner isn't rushed.

Shout out to the waiter Manny. Also, shout out to the reservation crew. The cocktail constitution was delish along with the bread pudding. Everything was great! Thank you for an incredible experience. Just be prepared to spend the money.

Overall the food was good but I would caution against trying the igloo unless I specifically what you came for. Once the server goes inside it is difficult to make a request. It is supposed to include a tasting, we were never offered a tasting. Additionally we were told that we would be dining out a la carte from the igloo. When we arrived we were told that we needed to go inside and get our food from the buffet and walk it outside. Coffee wasn't that great. When we went inside to get our food from the buffet we were told to go back to our tables to get our plates. The ones that were outside in the cold. The heater should have been turned on in the igloo prior to us arriving for an 11 reservation. The igloo needs to be cleaned more often, many crumbs on the carpeted floor and lots of hair. After paying we called to find out why we weren't offered a tasting and how they could make it right. Table never completely cleared before desserts. We paid for 6 people who have buffet and $100 Igloo rental. We were told that they would send us a $15 gift card in the mail that could not be used online or for the gift shop but only in the restaurant in person for take out even though we explained we do not live in the area. I did contact the establishment before posting this review.

Everything was great but our server was not as attentive as we would have liked. We had to keep asking other servers to have him come to our igloo. We did the same brunch in the igloo the previous Sunday and out server Benjamin was outstanding.

We dined in the igloo and had a great time! Kenia was outstanding! The only drawback is the street noise. Would come back!

So much fun. Our party of 4 loved the spirits tasting that came with the reservation. Igloo was clean and we could tell the attention to detail the service team took to ensure social distancing and Covid preparedness. Felt like we were in our own little world. Great food and cocktails following the tasting. Server took great care of us and manager stopped by when we were paying.
