   We ate there for the first time last night. We will definitely be returning again. Great food, great service, & great live jazz.

   On a visit to the Tysons Corner area, we chose to have dinner at Idylwood Grill and I'm so glad we did! It was easy to get to from the hotel where we stayed at Tysons (didn't have to sit in Beltway traffic), but more importantly, the food was wonderful! From the Mussels Mariniere appetizer, to the Seafood Linguini, to the Stroganoff (which was a special when we visited), everything was so delicious!! We had a piece of German Chocolate cake for dessert, which was made on site. There were several other items on the menu that we would have liked to try, so we'll just have to go back next time we're in Virginia!

We're definitely easy to get to from Tysons Corner, McLean, Vienna and even Dulles Airport. We're tucked away from all the commotion which provides for a relaxed experience.    For well over 15 years we have always been pleased with a meal at Idylwood Grill. The entrees, in particular, are first-rate with the sauces always being the star element. Whether chicken piccata, duck breast with mushroom risotto or the filet mignon au poivre, the meals are fabulous. We highly recommend Idylwood Grill as a place for a very special meal.

   Another home run! The food is consistently outstanding (even on a Tuesday), wonderful service, extraordinarily polite. We're going back for Mother's Day. Too bad I don't live closer.

   Wonderful meal: mussels, calamari, blackened scallops, seafood linguini, chocolate mousse cake. Could not have been better!!!

   Idylwood Grill has become our favorite restaurant in a short period time. Food, service and ambiance were on point once again. We visited for Easter Brunch and we were highly impressed. They had a set menu that also let you offer a la carte. Selections were awesome! One new addition that we liked with the Homestyle Breakfast was the option to get pancakes or a waffle. We tried the waffle and it was fantastic. The restaurant was nicely decorated for Easter. They took great care to make it look festive, but didn't go overboard. We highly recommend this mom and pop restaurant in Falls Church.

    The food at Idylwood Grill never disappoints. The soups are always delicious, the seafood linguine is the best in Northern Virginia, and my husband loved his lamb with risotto. Highly recommend!
