  The best of both worlds in Italy and Spain unite for this blend. Dolcetto and Tempranillo come together to make this wine lovely, and elegant. Dolcetto, meaning, "little sweet one" in Italian, and "Tempra," meaning early, it truly sticks to its nature and we assure you it is right on time to enjoy! Tantalizing aromas of black fruits, with fresh herbs and baking spices invigorate the taste buds with ripe black plum, along with lush raspberries and cream. This wine is perfectly balanced with full flavor while maintaining its refreshing crispness. Pairing: Enjoy this wine with grilled or seared meats, wild game fowl, and lightly cooked vegetables.   Often thought of as Syrah's younger brother, this one is every bit just as big and powerful. Being its own varietal apart from Syrah, a cross between the grapes Peloursin and Syrah, our Petite Sirah is big and bold enough to stand all on its own! A beautiful bouquet of black currants and black plums are felt first before showing you that it has more in store with hints of galvanizing coconut and baking spices. To the palate it delivers to expectation with delectable tastes of black cherries, currants accompanied with a dopple of vanilla and touch of minerality. This wine may be very complex, but is ready for any occasion! Pairing: Fatty smoked or barbecued meats. Dish: Moraccan lamb barbecued over open flame

Emanating dark fruits with smoked meats and minerality, before enveloping the palate with bright cherry, raspberries and chocolate, make our Tempranillo sure to be a show stopper!   This beauty stays true to its roots in the Rhone Valley. Showcasing the terrior on the nose with fresh meyer lemon and warm summer's day straw field, the palate combines the perfect tastes of quince, hazelnut and butterscotch. This wine is round and creamy but still retains a crispness that is refreshing. Pairing: Pair this wine with nutty cheeses, heavy chicken, or oily fish. Not a common grape in Washington, our 100% Petite Sirah (also known as Duriff) shows its true potential of what Washington can grow! On the nose, a complexity of aromas of black fruits, olive and cedar. On the palate, tastes of black cherry, blackberry, and plum. Accompanied by a fair amount of tannins, this one is big and bold!
