   Really disappointed, We booked for the Mexican restaurant and wasn’t told until we were seated that the Mexican menu wasn’t on and it was the Qubana menu, Food took over an hour to arrive…

   The food is absolutely fantastic, very tasty and flavourful. Team were happy to make accommodations for non-spicy food, which was really appreciated. We’d been before however rest of our group didn’t, and they didn’t like having to walk through the queue for the ladies toilets in Qubana to get to Ico. Had to ask several times for water and then for it refilling, and had to ask for more cutlery after the mains had come, and there was only one other table in - only couple things that let the service down, which staff did apologise for. Overall fantastic and would recommend to anyone who enjoys Mexican food.

   Lovely quirky Mexican. Food was lovely but service was slow and fairly inexperienced. Table water was forgotten when ordered and then when reminded it came bit with no glasses. Slight mix up on an order but this was resolved. Clearing away was slow and the bill came before the desert arrived. Did enjoy it though. Nice polite and helpful staff. With a better practised service it would be an all round nicer experience.

   Service and value spot on. Food choice and taste average.. Lupes Cantina in Leeds is far superior when it comes to Mexican cuisine

   This was my 3rd visit and the food and ambiance did not disappoint, even though there were 10 of us. The food was hot and came out together. The staff were attentive, friendly, despite being busy, nothing was too much trouble. The downside to this visit: our booking was for 7.30pm, we didn’t get to the table until after 8pm, we were a little squashed in the warm environment - but then again we took up a good amount of the seating, so understandable and it was a Friday night. I will definitely be back, but in a smaller group.

   We loved this place. It felt welcoming and comfortable away from the busy bar upstairs. The guy who served us was friendly and helpful and he went out of his way to meet our needs. The food was gorgeous, flavourful and good portion sizes. Will definitely be back.

    great food with some interesting choices but the steak fajitas were awesome. Really good cocktails. Can get a bit warm, but the ambiance in the bank vault is awesome. Highly recommend.
