Not sure what it was today but the Food was excellent even better than our average visit.
The food and entertainment was very good and well worth the price
I feel like we find a hidden gem! I really enjoyed the ambiance and decor. The menu was huge! The sushi was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Even the basic items such as soup and fried rice were fantastic! Service was great. We will definitely return!
It was my daughters 7th birthday and they made it awesome ! She loved it!! I wish I could remember out chef name. He made his own special hot sauce very good !!

The hibachi chef was funny and energetic! Portions were more than you can ask for. Was a great date night and would be a great spot to take a group of friends or family.

We had the best chef - Orlando. So funny!
Had a 7 pm reservation for 8/15/20. Got there ten minutes early and we were turned away at the door by host. He stated they had too many reservations on the books. I thought they could have at least offered us a lunch or evening time on 8/17. Nope, just turned away.

Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainment from the chef was outstanding! The food quality was great and it was overall an amazing dinner.

The location is a little sketchy and deceiving but once you’re inside, it’s a nice restaurant. The sushi is fresh and amazing. Will definitely be back.

This used to be one of my favorite places. We would drive about 1.5 hours to eat here sometimes. This time it was different. It seemed they were giving less food this time and the food itself was much blander. The cook was good. The hostess was wearing a tee shirt and cut off jeans so that was rather unprofessional. Wait staff was slow to refill drinks. Worst of all there were some other diners, a different tables, who thought it was appropriate to scream "Nah nah nah nah, hey hey hey, saki time" every time they took a drink of saki. VERY loud as if competing against one another (but they did not know each other because one table was there when we arrived and we watched the other seated). The cook just rolled his eyes and could see how annoying it was. I asked if that happened often and he said "every night". If I wanted to hang out in a bar, I would go to a bar. If I want to enjoy eating hibachi seafood/steak, I guess i will have to look elsewhere.
We may give it one more try.

Our 2nd time dining at Ichiban. Highly recommend for a wide selection of Japanese/Chinese/Thai entrees! Fantastic service!
Don’t let the exterior deter you. The food and service here were much better than the curb appeal implied.

Reserve a table for 5 for hibachi of course. Late for 15 minutes. Restaurant disagreed to provide for us hibachi shef saying they stopped with shows at 9 (the time we got a table) and we came at 9.15. It’s okay. We late. But they had empty restaurant and could easily serve us. Instead we got just a regular booth. The food was as always pretty good but near to 10pm the started to lift the chairs next to us and at the bar and walk near our food with brooms and cleaners. So if you want to enjoy don’t come an hour before they closing. They are tired and don’t care.
We made a reservation for Hibachi Sunday night at 5:30 and we were not sat until 6:00. The cook did not come out until 6:30. Service was slow. The food was decent but the vegetables were not cooked thoroughly. We will not be coming back.
They were very accommodating, prompt, and the chef was outstanding. Would go back again for sure!
Really enjoyed our dinner. It was sond 14th bday celebration. He had a blast.
We waited for a very very long time for customers that were already served to get up. A party there was way too loud and drunk. We were crammed up at a table that was not meant for that many people. Overall the food was good and the servers tried their best.

Sadly, despite Ted's outstanding service, the non-sushi food was not fresh and did not taste good. While the sushi items ordered were fresh and delicious, the hibatchi and kitchen food ordered looked and tasted days old. Particularly bad was the onion soup which smelled and tasted like dirty socks. The salads were wilted and brown and the hibatchi veggies were just as bad when the poor chef had to put them on the cook top. For these prices, the produce should be fresh and the food should be tasty.
I have eaten here many times, and always choose it over the bigger name "chains" because of the food and the price. They have made changes to how they prepare and serve the food that I didn't care for......instead of zucchini and onions, they have an array of veggies like broccoli, peppers, mushrooms mixed. This is fine, but it didn't taste the same. Nor did the shrimp......not sure if the seasonings are different. The only things I DID NOT like, were NO mushrooms with the filet mignon, and the soy salad dressing was awful. Used to be so good! Sometimes you don't need to change what isn't broken. Just my two cents.
The food was not very good. They didn’t even put egg in the fried rice. Chicken was over cooked. Won’t be back

A lot of food! Filet mignonette was cooked perfect. The shrimp was over cooked. They are cooking for 8 or 10 so just remind chef to cook shrimp lightly. Otherwise delicious

Made a reservation for 6:30 pm. Arrived on time. Finally left at 8:45 pm. Food ok, service ok. Would not recommend.
Have eaten here 3 times with large groups of friends and every time has been fantastic. The service, food, and value are always great. I highly recommend Ichiban for a fun and delicious meal with friends and family!
Very accommodating when we asked if they would allow us to bring a cake and bring it out for us.
