                                                                              As a retired "professional cook" I found the pork loin to be overcooked, tough and lacking flavor. Worse the steak my wife had was even worse quality meat, overcooked and not flavorful. We both left over 75% of the meats. I was shocked when the waitress did not ask how she wanted it cooked. Lack of experience to say the least. For "something" positive the shrimp cocktail was excellent. The bloody mary was also excellent. Overall I doubt I will ever return.

                                                                              Never was seated. Told on arrival too many people in the party to serve. During college graduation weekend. When likely the most people of the year will be there. So you should probably ensure there's enough staff to maximize profit. Wasted an hour or so of time. If you really want a great experience, the staff and food at the Taj Mahal on Montezuma bent over backwards to take care of us. More than made up for the rough start on the night.

                                                                              Our daughter was graduating from Embry-Riddle and we hand a group that we were able to secure tables for at Icha Maajon. We arrived the gentleman man at the front took one look at us (while wearing sun glasses, it was night) and told me to wait. He came back with what we think was a manager (he never said). Zach told us they couldn’t seat or feed us because they didn’t have the staff for us. Please understand this was mothers day weekend and graduation weekend in a sold out hotel. Some how this establishment and management not only underprepared for feeding groups of people, they never updated Open Table. I made the reservation since I purchased rooms for my family that traveled in for graduation. We were planning to eat and gamble at the nearby casino and enjoy a restful night before graduation early the next day. If not for Taj Majal , a fabulous Indian restaurant in downtown Prescott, our celebration would have been deeply gutted. It really is sad what four years can do. We had the best dining experiences at Icha when we stayed at the resort when dropping our daughter off at college. Truly great food and service. Covid has been hard on ALL of us and should not be used as an excuse for ineptitude… it didn’t seem to impact the food or service at Taj Majal, and tips reflected that (ask for Magic Chris if you take your group there). I feel bad for the owners of the restaurant, they would be so sad to know how it’s being run.

                                                                              The “Territorial breakfast” was wonderful — fresh and delicious. View overlooking Prescott is awesome. Only suggestion is that the hotel change coffee brands (it was a little watery).

                                                                              The food was beautiful. My meal needed seasoning and when I turned the salt/pepper shaker the salt poured out along with whole peppercorns. I ate below the salt until I bit into a peppercorn. When the waitress came back I told her and showed her the salt. She apologized and took the shaker. She came back a few minutes later and asked if I wanted a replacement meal. We were staying in a resort that didn't have a microwave so no point. She did not offer any other discount. Our meal was 110.00. We were very disappointed and needless to say we won't be going back

                                                                              Beautiful place and amazing service! This restaurant has a wonderful view. Did not disappoint. Food was fantastic, Bone In Short Rib with the Truffle and Parmesan Dusted Steak Fries The service was excellent, Thank you Jill! We will be making this our go to date "place now that they have reopened.

                                                                              We were looking for a nice place to celebrate an engagement. We made a reservation with a special note that was not seen. They were not ready for us. It was oddly quiet. There was a walkie talkie going off in the restaurant. Definitely sad we spent our money on a pricey menus for that kind of experience. The staff were polite.

                                                                              We ate here for New Year's Eve/Anniversary. The menu wasn't good and food overpriced. The food was absolutely horrible. Although the waitress was very sweet, the service was extremely slow. What a disappointment.

                                                                              Nicole was very friendly but since she was delayed she should have shown up with water glasses and ready to take our drink orders immediately. Was unaware from your website and open table it would be a fixed menu, luckily we were able to find something. The expense did not equal the level of food. The overly lit room was not fancy, the side door kept speaking from the wind. The bar after was atrocious! Uncleared tables with two lazy bartenders. Water in plastic cups☹️Very tacky no notice that band had canceled! DJ was ver mediocre!

                                                                              very very very slow on service..............................we waited over 10 mins. just to get a drink order in, and then it took about 15 more mins, to get the drink. we ordered dinner and it took over 45 mins. to get our food. we were there for over an hour and a half to 2 drinks and 2 salads................ how long can it take to make a salad. We left and very disappointed........... we not be back. By the way every table around us had the same problem. So this was not just us, but every table................
