We were seated immediately upon arriving. The wait staff does a great job, the manager came by to make sure everything was ok and Charles visited us before and after our meal. The tenderloin was melt in your mouth deliciousness and the shrimp were tasty as well. The wine was a great Zinfandel from Sonoma and the Cremebrule was wonderful. We always enjoy our meals at Ibiza and highly recommend it when in Houston.

Food, and service excellent. They were overbooked so we had to sit outside on damp evening. I would recommend it though.

Celebrated my friends birthday. We had the octopus as an appetizer. It is as a bit over cooked but the flavors were there. We had the redfish and ahi tuna. Everything was delicious. Great wine prices by the bottle.

Food was really good. The service was not what I expected for a restaurant of this caliber. The service wasn’t bad but it felt like service that you would get at Chillis or somewhere like that

Took a long time friend and colleague to lunch for her birthday! We were able to sit outside on the patio as the weather was nice. Food was good and the appetizer was superb! Will go back again in the near future.

Me and my girlfriend came there for Valentine's Day and this was our first time here. Soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly valet then on to the hostess then on to our waiter for the evening. The handoffs were great and effortless. Rooster was our waiter and was very educated about the menu and helped us make a decision for our entree. Everything was perfect, the only I didn't like.....and this is probably me being picky....but I wish the menu was a little bit bigger. Other than that amazing food and drinks and service.

Valentine's Day dinner was fabulous! Morgan, our server, was very knowledgeable not only about the food on the menu but also with the wine list. The octopus appetizer was amazing; melts in your mouth. We ordered the fish of the day special and it was delightful! My wife ordered the brownie dessert to share and it was scrumptious!

I hadn't been to Ibiza in about a year, but it never fails to impress. This is one of the old faithful of Houston and their longevity in a highly competitive dining scene attests to the quality of the food and service. We ordered the wagyu meatball and baked brie appetizers, and both were fantastic. All of out mains came out and we couldn't wait to sample each other's choices - everything from the rabbit, to the ribeye, to the Iberico pork was simply perfect!

Great food and great atmosphere. We went for an early Valentine's Day dinner, and it was delicious. We had spinach salads, the roasted cauliflower with whipped feta appetizer, and the rabbit and lamb. All of it was incredibly tasty.

We come to Ibiza frequently, typically before theater performances downtown. We tend to stick with one of the fish dishes which they do so well. Last time, however, we tried the crispy duck confit. It was magnificent. Cooked to perfection with delicious accompanying sides and au jus to add even more flavor. One of the best meals we have had in months. And of course the service was professional as always.

Food was great. Had the ceviche and tomato mozzarella salads. Entrees were all very good. I had the grouper and it was perfect. We were celebrating a birthday, so the cotton candy with the sparkler was a fun touch! We also had a bread pudding and it's not my favorite, but others liked it. One downfall of this place that the noise level is so high it is difficult if not impossible to enjoy conversation. Also, there is no bar at all to wait for your table, and so you end up standing awkwardly at the hostess stand. There is an outside area where you could wait it nice weather...but it's Houston...usually too hot, too cold or raining!

The appetizers are the perfect size to get (2) for (2) people! Also the lunch was amazing. I ended the meal with a Cappucino which topped off the delicious-ness!!

Absolutely delicious meal with attentive but not overbearing service. We tried a little bit of everything - several appetizers (the Iberico Ham and Octopus with pancetta were incredible) with a pizza, salad, and soup, and we split the pasta main course. We left very full and happy. Had enough left over to enjoy the pizza and pasta again the next day. This is honestly a Houston restaurant I had forgotten about over the years but I'm so glad we rediscovered it!
