Ibiza Food and Wine Bar Ratings and Reviews
I had the seared pasta and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. My husband had the redfish and it was very good also. We love this restaurant and will definitely keep going back for a special occasion or to take friends in from out of town. Excellent. Kind of pricey but generally worth it.
Ibiza has long been one of our favorite "go to" restaurants for great food and wine. We were there on New Year's Eve and though busy, had great service and a fantastic meal. Oscar, one of the relatively new managers, gave us great attention and recommended excellent wine selections. Fantastic evening!
This was our second visit. My wife and I enjoyed this trip for a quiet lunch as much as we previously enjoyed our romantic dinner. The food is delicious, and the selection is awesome. The wait staff are courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The ambiance was delightful. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Ibiza has always been a reliable choice for great food, great service, and great ambiance. It’s not noisy like many restaurants, so you can actually have a conversation. Our group had fish, rabbit, and seared ahi and they were all excellent. Also very nice wine selection and desert choices.
Nice quiet atmosphere and our service was excellent! The lamb shank my husband ordered was seasoned and cooked to perfection as was my fish. I am really picky about my fish! Most restaurants tend to over cook it and funk it up with too much sauce. This presentation was simple. Lemon and butter an a bed of mashed cauliflower. Delicious! We will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
W e have been customers since Charles opened. Had been one of our favorites. Last few times there is something wrong. Food cold. Pasó Buco tasteless. Wine by the glass stale. Not crediting our open table Reservation. It reflects poor management and lack of supervision. Wake up before it is too late.
Excellent, as always. It's still virtually impossible to avoid running into someone you know during lunch. I was stunned to see that the tuna/seaweed dish was no longer on the menu, but greatly relieved to learn that it was back by popular demand. Please don't toy with my emotions like that any more. Really hard to beat for a business lunch spot.
Ibiza has changed over these past few years. Used to love eating here.
My $30 fish entree looked like a hotel banquet plate of food. Boring! And overpriced. Server checked back on us after we were almost finished, which is unacceptable to me.
This was my first visit to Ibiza in a couple of years. I like some of the changes that they have made with the interior. The patio is delightful, when the weather cooperates. As always, the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the special salad of the evening, heirloom tomato with blue cheese. It was just delicious! We also had the Waygu meatballs. They were delicious, but there was too much sauce. The crab stuffed snapper was beyond fabulous. Please, please keep that on the menu! The low rating on value is because it appears there is a different philosophy now about pricing wine. At one time, Ibiza was known for reasonable wine prices. This is no longer the case, sadly.
EVERYTHING was overcooked. I was really livid with the halibut chef special. $44 for what was a very overcooked, about 6oz. Halibut fillet. It was actually partially burnt. As was my wife's octopus and chorizo. For thos prices, you better offer top notch food and it was well below average. I actually recommended ibiza in the past. Now , i doubt i will ever return. It's a shame.
Been coming there since the restaurant opened....made advance reservations and got placed in center of restaurant when there wereopen tables along the window. Was very obvious when the hostess tried to be subtle with manager who i did not recognise to ask him if dhe should seat us in a bad table.
Although we booked it wasn't necessary as the place was really quite empty. Normally not a good sign but on this occasion it proved incorrect. The calamari was well cooked and well presented. Loved the lamb shank which was tender and succulent. Wine list was excellent with not too much mark up.
