It’s simple really, our calling card is sustainable Scottish seafood.

Our name comes from the Gaelic word for fish. It’s a wee bit tricky to pronounce, but it’s no bother if guests don’t get it quite right. With delicious fresh produce served by our very own Head Chef, Sean Currie, you'll feel the energy in the way we go about things – our warm welcome, enthusiasm for what we do, and, of course, a splash of Glaswegian banter.

Serving sustainable Scottish seafood is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why £1 on every bill goes to The Firth Forth Lobster Hatchery, who hatch, rear and release lobsters to ensure stocks remain plentiful for future generations. Sea more on Instagram: @lobsterhatchery

Wait staff not super attentive. My drink was empty twice, for extended periods of time and the place wasn’t full in the least. We all had fish. Very good food. Service could improve. Beautiful venue.

This was a mother and daughter treat .We had a fabulous day ,meal was outstanding and the staff were fabulous,they made us feel very special.

Attended for a special birthday for parent. Arrived to table not being ready and being seated whilst staff set table even though had booked. Seated in a corner next to a busy wine fridge where staff passed every few minutes. Food - average. Desserts were best part. Burnt scones made food disappointing. Chef very helpful with dietary requirements Cost - Pricey at £200 for 3 cocktails that didn’t taste like they had alcohol in them and 3 afternoon teas Overall average experience for what was supposed to be a luxury special surprise.

This is one of the worst afternoon teas I have had in Britain and at £45, ridiculously overpriced. The food was below average, the scones were stale and the desserts were underwhelming. Service was very slow. Terrible experience.

Disappointing. Waiting staff were polite and welcoming but we waited nearly an hour for the afternoon tea to be brought to the table. Also asked for a glass of wine which again took around 15 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was not overly busy with sufficient staff on duty so unclear why we had to wait so long. When the afternoon tea did arrive the sandwiches were tiny - really disappointing. The other savoury offerings were just as small and not particularly flavourful. Scones and cakes however were nice. The restaurant itself is lovely but the sandwiches and lengthy service delays let it down. Won’t be returning.

We went for Mother’s Day afternoon tea, the afternoon tea was very expensive for what it was. It did not include a glass of Prosecco and the tarts were barely filled meaning we were left eating dry shortcrust pastry. The service was slow, loads of staff working but they were not attentive. We were often sitting with empty glasses waiting for refills of water and Prosecco. I had to go to the bar to ask for the bill since no one was coming to our table which was disappointing. There was also an unpleasant seafood smell when we arrived which lingered, the restaurant could have done with some fresh air circulating.
