Here at iâl Restaurant, we are passionate about creating an excellent dining experience whilst caring for our environment. iâl Restaurant offers only the best contemporary cuisine, produced using a mix of home grown and locally sourced Welsh ingredients. Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm. In collaboration with Coleg Cambria, we introduce to you a fresh approach to dining, here in the heart of Wrexham town centre. In light relaxing surrounding, submerse yourself with friends and family in our beautiful retreat. Where the music is acoustic and the lights dimmed, come sample our signature 15 hour cooked beef brisket dish or let us choose for you with our weekly specials. If the sound of that doesn't grab your attention, the smell of our fresh focaccia and sourdough we bake everyday will.

    Our famous Bottomless Brunch has a new home on our calendar. The first Saturday of every month, we host an afternoon of laughs, free flowing drinks and scrumptious food. So, looking for a way to catch up with friends, family or evening spending time with colleagues. We've got an offer for you. Two hours of fun food, cocktails & fizz. Songs from the decades on repeat and maybe a sing song from the bar staff (don't hold your breath on that one) What's included: 2 hour time slot per booking Tasty baked goods from ial Bakery One brunch item from the menu Free flowing prosecco, seasonal cocktails and local draught lager Payment of £30 on booking.                                                           The best experience! Ollie was the best waiter, so attentive and professional. The food and drink were out of this world. The whole atmosphere was fabulous. The restaurant is so modern, spotlessly clean and has an incredible vibe (great music) We already cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the staff who looked after us but a huge shoutout to Ollie!

                                                          Excellent Sunday Roast today as always. Today we had Roast Lamb, with a side order of cauliflower cheese. The starter of quail scotch egg with asparagus with Welsh ham. Absolutely delicious first Class service as always.

                                                          My friend and I came for boozy brunch. Great choice on the menu and loved the fresh items from the bakery. Cocktails were fabulous. Excellent value for money and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be coming back. Thank you Ial restaurant.
