Great food and service but highly overpriced.
It was our first time here to celebrate our anniversary. We had an early booking and it was perfect, we were the only ones in that section of the restaurant for the first 30-40 mins. Love the ambience. Started with the cheese toast and French onion soup. Both were delicious. Our steaks were perfectly cook and very tasty. Ended the dinner with salted caramel creme brûlée and it was just divine, the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness.
It was my fiancé’s 30th birthday we had amazing service with Blair. He was personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. I really recommend this restaurant if you have a special occasion or even just want to eat high quality and delicious food.
Overall, the service was good. However, my son ordered the Bone-in New York Steak special, it was very salty. He was not feeling too good towards the end of his meal, which he couldn't finish.
Had the beef dip for lunch. Hearty and tender sliced beef with a horseradish mayo dip and fries. Generous portion. Good service. Highly recommended.

As usual Hy’s didn’t disappoint. The food and service was outstanding. It’s too bad though they’ve discontinued their Costco gift card program. Maybe when life gets back to some semblance of normal it’ll come back.

Food was bland. There was no value for the money. For $400 we should have been WOW that was amazing!! Instead we left and went to another restaurant for dessert.
The $100 for the porter house steak was too much for a just plain mash with it. No vegetables and no seasoning, was bland.
Girlfriend had the filet and was bland as well.
Our $130 bottle of wine was a $30 bottle at the liquor store. I have no issue paying for good wine but this mark up was steep.
All in all it was disappointing. Goto Gotham for better value for your money and the food is better.
No valet service for a high restaurant??
We frequent Hy’s, unfortunately, this was the worst experience we’ve had.
The food wasn’t so great, incredibly bland and our server wasn’t as attentive as they usually are.

I had a birthday dinner for my aunt and brought a cake. There was some cake leftover and our waiter re-tied the cake box very carelessly and loose, causing the cake to slip out while in the car!!! Awful. At least get a new box to put the cake in if you cannot re tie the cake gift box properly.
