h y p h a offers produce focused dining using sustainable food systems.

Awarded a Michelin Green Star in January 2021, our Season's Story allows you to see the bigger picture and sample an entourage of ingredients in a 2 1/2 hour tasting menu experience.

Natural wine and in-house fermented drinks programs allow you to compliment your dining expedience with or without alcohol.

All this while creating a zero waste philosophy and small scale, local produce suppliers.

Our fermentation lab and workspace, k o j i is also available for masterclasses and retail purchases.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will be subject to a £40ph charge.
Most allergen/dietary requirements can be accommodated with enough notice.
Unfortunatly we are unable to accommodate under 14's during dinner service.

    From start to finish the attention to detail and the quality of the food and wine and the staff was just amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    Was such a beautiful evening. The entire experience lasted just over three hours but time there flew by. The staff were amazing, timely and on point with their explanations of the dishes, what order to eat them and detailing of the story. Can’t wait to go back again.

    A difficult review to write as the experience in some respects was amazing & then let down by some courses that actually were difficult to eat as the flavour was so bitter. The service was 5 star, and full marks for creativity but maybe trying too hard as more attention needs to be in the flavour, I eat anything & found a few dishes difficult to eat as it was bitter however some were so amazing the best I’ve ever had. It could have blown us away but I’m not sure we will go back.

    Superb food what an incredible experience, This has to be my favourite restaurant. The taste is off the scale, friendly staff, small plates x 7 courses. Each course was exquisite! The drinks were also fantastic. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Vegan and fully sustainable food that tastes divine.

    I had a wonderful experience at Hypha. Service was high standard and the atmosphere very relaxing and cozy. The food was amazing too!
