   We love their pizza here! It’s very thin crust, flavorful. Pepperoni is fabulous!! But almost every time, we get very poor service. Why is this tolerated? The waitress drops off the food, and next time you see her she’s giving you the check, or you have to ask. Never even inquires if the food is/was ok or if we need anything. We will be back for the food. Management needs to watch servers and they will see the service is lacking.

   The service was fast and our server was pleasant. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza and it was fantastic. And I think it's great that you can get a flight of beer so you can try 3 or 6 at one time. Hydraulic Hearth is one of my favorite restaurants in Buffalo.

   It was my husbands Birthday and the server went out of her way to bring out a complimentary dessert. It was very much appreciated. That’s what I call Great Service!! We had a wonderful family Birthday dinner. My husband was very happy.

   By far my boyfriend and I’s favorite restaurant. Our favorite pizza used to be the fried chicken, but they have since changed their menu. We decided to try the Chicken & Waffles pizza and it did not disappoint. It was phenomenal. We also always get the Buratta. The ambiance is also great. Definitely recommend making reservations on a Friday or Saturday, as it does get busy.

   What a pleasant experience from the beginning. As soon as we walked in we were greeted pleasantly and promptly escorted to our reserved table. Wait staff was pleasant and knowledgable. All the food and drinks were delivered quickly and it was all sooooooo good. Can't wait to go back again!

   Salads and pizza are our favorite soups yummy--great in winter Staff are responsive and great with children Beers are great and samples offered Would like to see a bolognese on the menu----
