   Everything was just ok the staff was friendly and accommodating but could have had a bed experience else where ... Just wasn't fully satisfied.. if I was asked to go back for dinner or whatever I don't think I could honestly say yes let's go ... It's just ok

   Have been here numerous times with just my wife and I but also with friends. The meals have always been THE best. Hoping this past time was just a fluke.

   Energetic and friendly waiter who didn’t seem to have as much support. She was taking orders, bussing, and following up with several large parties. Appetizer was hot and as ordered. Bread fresh and two of the three entrees were hot. All orders were correct but mine was sent back twice to try to get it to at least room temperature. Third attempt I declined and passed on any of their other offers except for dessert. The red velvet cake is huge!! Nice touch was birthday card signed by staff.

   My fiancé and I came to visit our 6 year anniversary, and the staff did not disappoint. They greeted us with many congratulations and friendly charms, even going as far as everyone signing a happy anniversary card to welcome us at our table. Great food great service, I’m glad we chose Hyde Park to celebrate our special occasion!

    Very disorganized and non attentive. It was a special occasion with my wife’s birthday and their lack of service dampened the celebration. We waited for every drink to the point we had to grab other servers to grab our drinks from the bar and that continued on to food. I had to ask the manager if someone could clear our plates. The manager seemed oblivious to what was going on which says a lot. Bottom-line is that I have spent thousand at this place throughout the years with clients and after last night I will never spend another dime with them.

    Food was great. Pricey but expected. The waiter was difficult as I’m near sited and couldn’t see the prices of the wine so I just asked for a bottle of house cab which confused him.

    Enjoyed our dinner last Saturday. Seated next to the kitchen and didn't mind a bit. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Staff is gracious and knowledgeable. A very good dinner. Service above and beyond. What a refreshing and sorely missed dining experience. Wish other places operated this way. Hat's off Hyde Park. Well done.

    Great food but service was terrible, and we were not the only table that felt this way. For the amount of money we paid service was sub par and the attentiveness to our table was terrible.

    My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here! They staff decorated the table with rose petals and gave us a card signed by the entire staff. They really know how to make you feel special ♥️

    We had another great meal and dining experience with Hyde Park. Our server’s were Sue and John. They did an excellent job and checked in with us periodically and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back as it’s always a pleasure to dine at a great place like Hyde Park.

    This was our first visit to Hyde Park! Great food! The service was stellar until we got to the dessert course. I think our waiter may have been moved to a large party in a private room, or there was a shift change (he was very good while we had him). Anyway, it got slow at the end. That being said, it was a great experience overall and we would definitely go back.

    Chris greeted us promptly and told us Monica would be are server. Chris took are drink order and brought us bread. After 25 minutes of waiting Chris took are order for salads . Had to get Erica who I believe was a manager to find our waitress. Monica showed up after 45 minutes of us being sat . Ordered Surf and Turf and a Filet Dinner and a side . Food came out after another considerable wait . Everything was cold . Chris again assisted and said he would get our dinners heated up . Dinners came back still cold although the steak was slightly warm and missing a piece of lobster . Erica said she would have it brought right out. It came out shortly and was ice cold . I have to say are experience was highly unsatisfactory. Monica our sever never came back to the table after she took are order . Asked Chris to bring us to go boxes so we could take our food home and enjoy our meal . I really enjoy Hyde Park but I have to say this experience was awful . I will say Erica and Chris did everything they could to make the situation right . I would like to provide and update . The manager contacted and us and made things right . We have been back again and the experience was wonderful .
