   We love your restaurant, I understand we live in Florida and customers dress casual . However, you should have some minimum standards, some of your customer were dressed as if they were going to the farmer market. I felt I was in Olive Garden .

   Always love Hyde Park. It was my birthday and the staff was very nice! Even brought me a card and complementary birthday dessert which was delightful; a s’mores mason jar complete with birthday candle. We sat outside and the noise level was completely acceptable. My husband and I could still have a quiet conversation with minimal interruption. We only got small bites, beef carpaccio and salads but everything was as we remembered from our previous visits.

    I usually go with my best friend every couple of weeks to Hyde park. The food was good. Tomahawk cooked perfect, Brussels, ahi tuna , dessert and drinks were good. Unfortunately, the waitress and her helper were terrible. She took 20 minutes to take our order even though she had passed our table every 2 minutes. We’ve had this waitress before and she wasn’t that bad the first time however last night she was terrible. She even had a helper who also walked passed our table a couple of times. She didn’t bring us bread and we had to ask. Then to top it all off at the end she charged my friends card five times and came back and told her it was declined. Disappointing to say the least.

    The soup and bread was very good and the server brought out drinks immediately. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and ordered a 6oz filet and the $72 dollar 12-14 lobster tail. Presentation was great however the lobster tail had absolutely no taste and we both left more than half of the tail. Very disappointed. Just paid the bill and left. Service was excellent but the lobster ruined our experience.

    The sides are amazing , service is great , but the is the second time we were here and second time trying the steak , steak is not great subpar , it was some pieces were so tough to chew had to spit it in a napkin . I’ve had more tender flavor steaks at outback , or Texas Roadhouse .

    This was the second time that we dined at the steakhouse. It was just as incredible as the first. Our server Joshua recommended the white beer for drinks and it was a great way to start the night. The shrimp cocktail and the ahi tuna tower were delicious and beautifully plated. The Caesar salad perfectly crisp and delicious. Our server Joshua went over the specials for the night and again made another great recommendation for the menu. My girlfriend got the Wagyu filet that be was on special for the night and I ordered the dry aged ribeye. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. We asked Joshua what he recommended for dessert as he had not let us down the entire night and he said to get the crème brûlée and the flaming butter cake. Both of which were to die for! Thank you to all the chefs and bartenders that had a hand in making our night perfect. And a special big thanks to Joshua!

    Absolutely delicious food...the steak is to die for and the lobster bisque is the best we've ever had. The service was exceptional, and I loved that they included a free anniversary dessert (and that dessert was incredible). This is a pricy meal but absolutely fantastic!

    Must try! Great service, manager stopped off to check on our table a couple of times also, very professional. Absolutely delicious food! My daughter loved her tuna tower and burger. Sea bass cooked and seasoned beautifully. Will be back.

    We sat at a table in the bar area. There were 4 of us. The wines we ordered were excellent. Our Caesar and chopped Salad were excellent. 2 of us had the surf & turf. The steak and lobster were delicious. The chicken and fish dinner was also excellent. Kudos to the managers as the service was efficient and hardly noticeable.     The food was excellent! We dine all over the Sarasota area in the best of restaurants and find Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse to be not only the best steak house, but fish as well! The salads are fresh always and appetizers are so good! Calamari, tuna tower, best you can get!

    Unfortunately- as with everywhere, I don't think there are enough servers or workers - we were never asked if we wanted another cocktail - I had to call them over for most of our water refills - there was A-LOT of time in between food coming out (more than normal), and I ordered medium rare steak and it came out medium well and almost cold. They did respond promptly and brought new one though.

    Regular diners at this Hyde a park in Sarasota. We usually have a great experience however this time the table was ridiculous Small table in bar area but it was literally right next to where they place orders on a terminal There really shouldn’t be a table there. So every few minutes you’ve got waiter’s placing orders and conversing. I usually ask for tables in that area as I like some activity or when piano playing but this was ridiculous Very disappointing Especially when your taking an out of town visitor

    We have been celebrating our anniversary and birthdays at this location for years. The past two years have been disappointing. The negativity started with the receptionist and it was evident by the demeanor of the manager (just observing him in action while sitting at the bar) that there is a leadership issue. The food was not the standard we would expect for the price. Disappointing, but hopeful things will be improved.
