   We come here for any big win we make personally or in our careers. This trip was for our anniversary, requested our special table in which we got. Wait staff is always top notch and the wine and food is always amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

   This was the second time that we dined at the steakhouse. It was just as incredible as the first. Our server Joshua recommended the white beer for drinks and it was a great way to start the night. The shrimp cocktail and the ahi tuna tower were delicious and beautifully plated. The Caesar salad perfectly crisp and delicious. Our server Joshua went over the specials for the night and again made another great recommendation for the menu. My girlfriend got the Wagyu filet that be was on special for the night and I ordered the dry aged ribeye. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. We asked Joshua what he recommended for dessert as he had not let us down the entire night and he said to get the crème brûlée and the flaming butter cake. Both of which were to die for! Thank you to all the chefs and bartenders that had a hand in making our night perfect. And a special big thanks to Joshua!

   Absolutely delicious food...the steak is to die for and the lobster bisque is the best we've ever had. The service was exceptional, and I loved that they included a free anniversary dessert (and that dessert was incredible). This is a pricy meal but absolutely fantastic!

    Must try! Great service, manager stopped off to check on our table a couple of times also, very professional. Absolutely delicious food! My daughter loved her tuna tower and burger. Sea bass cooked and seasoned beautifully. Will be back.

    We sat at a table in the bar area. There were 4 of us. The wines we ordered were excellent. Our Caesar and chopped Salad were excellent. 2 of us had the surf & turf. The steak and lobster were delicious. The chicken and fish dinner was also excellent. Kudos to the managers as the service was efficient and hardly noticeable. Great place for dinning or just drinks.

    The food was excellent! We dine all over the Sarasota area in the best of restaurants and find Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse to be not only the best steak house, but fish as well! The salads are fresh always and appetizers are so good! Calamari, tuna tower, best you can get!

    Unfortunately- as with everywhere, I don't think there are enough servers or workers - we were never asked if we wanted another cocktail - I had to call them over for most of our water refills - there was A-LOT of time in between food coming out (more than normal), and I ordered medium rare steak and it came out medium well and almost cold. They did respond promptly and brought new one though.

    Outstanding food and service! The wine selections were excellent. The thick cut candied bacon was an amazing appetizer. Our steaks were perfectly cooked. We finished with bananas foster. Perfect meal.

    Regular diners at this Hyde a park in Sarasota. We usually have a great experience however this time the table was ridiculous Small table in bar area but it was literally right next to where they place orders on a terminal There really shouldn’t be a table there. So every few minutes you’ve got waiter’s placing orders and conversing. I usually ask for tables in that area as I like some activity or when piano playing but this was ridiculous Very disappointing Especially when your taking an out of town visitor

    We have been celebrating our anniversary and birthdays at this location for years. The past two years have been disappointing. The negativity started with the receptionist and it was evident by the demeanor of the manager (just observing him in action while sitting at the bar) that there is a leadership issue. The food was not the standard we would expect for the price. Disappointing, but hopeful things will be improved.

    Ask for Christine. Excellent service. Also the entire management team checked in with us again and again making sure we were taken care of. Food was extremely tasty. From the appetizers, the the steaks and sides, try an save room for dessert too.

    Adam and Tomas provided exceptional service and customized recommendations. Everything from the food and drinks to service and outdoor dining set up was stellar.     Burgers were just OK. Brussels sprouts $24 for 4 heaping spoonfuls and $20 for maybe 10 pc of asparagus. We’re not price conscious but it’s just overpriced for what it is. The calamari and tuna tower were great, but honestly from there the meal went downhill.

    Food was exceptional. Started with two cessar salads. Perfect portion. The croutons were amazingly fresh! For the entree we ordered a bone in ribeye & lobster tail; second order was filet. Sides were sautéed mushrooms and spinach, and fries. Everything was cooked to perfection. Ordered Nickel & Nickel bottle of wine and that was a great selection as well. Outdoor seating was great ambience, even with Florida showers. Service was great! Could not have had a better anniversary experience!

    Ate here for a date night. Food was great. Service was a little slower but we were able to enjoy each course so it was perfect. The “Best Espresso martini you’ll have” is AWFUL. Order it legit anywhere else. This is a cup of vodka with a splash of coffee taste, barely brown. Otherwise, excellent!
