    Very disappointed in the quality of food. Ordered the Surf & Turf and the lobster tail was raw. Spinach and mushroom dish was so salty we couldn't eat it. Service was EXCELLENT, however, I doubt we will ever return.

    Every entry was made to our likening. Four guests and each one found the food, setting and service to be outstanding. Compared to other restaurants of this caliber, the price was also quite reasonable.

    4 of us had dinner reservations for 5:30 to make a 7:30 show at the Peabody. All of us ordered from Early Bird menu. It about 1:20 minutes to get main course after we had 1st course. It was a few minutes prior to 7 pm. Then 2 of the entrees were not as advertised. My chicken Millie did not have asparagus on it and my friend had a crab wedge with no crab. We were pushed by this time so I didn’t complain. I know kitchen was swamped but someone should be checking to make sure entrees come correctly.

    As usually food and service was awesome. This time the noise level was so high we could not carry in a table conversation. This is a rarity; usually very quiet. I am guessing the holiday crowds snd the okay at the Peabody was a contribution factor.

    The management is the worst. We were here 2 weeks ago and the managers were so rude and unhelpful. We had to come back again (dance competitions with kids) this weekend and needed to eat at the hotel while the kids were in classes and decided to try again but same manager and just terrible. So rude. I’ve never met a manager in a costumer service industry that is this rude. He right away says no to any request. Would be better if he said “let me see what I can do”. If the answer ends up being no at least we feel like he tried to help us. We met two different managers the first visit and the second visit it was one of them again. They were both like this. I’ve worked in a costumer service industry for 20 years. If anyone that I was in charge of treated customers that way they would need to get some new training! Wait staff is great and tries hard. Unfortunately they have terrible leaders

    We love this restaurant! I am not a steak eater but they have delicious seafood and vegetables. Everything was fabulous from the lump crab appetizer, lobster bisque, Caesar salad (apparently the croutons were to die for because everyone raved about !he crouton).. Two of the guest shared the bananas foster dessert but it was so good everyone dived into it! The service Gus provided was amazing - we definitely will keep coming back!

    This was our first time at Hyde Park. I chose it for my wife’s birthday. While the service was excellent, the food was not. We both had surf-n-turf which was a filet and lobster tail. In both dishes, the filet was over cooked, really tough, and the lobster tails looked like shriveled shrimps. The sides were OK and the fresh bread was delicious. Not sure we’ll go back; a bit disappointing.

    we were at our table for 25 minutes and had to ask for a server. Oh, the numerous servers passing us, NO ONE asked if we had been helped, I had to flag someone down to be acknowledged. Finally, we get someone, oh I didn't realize it was my section. I may suggest you need a practice, like filling water glasses, which shows someone has acknowledged your customer. That way those numerous walking by might get someone to wait on us. There after a Littel stressful, waited another 10 mins to have our cocktails brought to us, which mine was not correct. Ordered a vodka martini on rocks and it came in a regular martini glass, not on rocks. One of the managers came over and got my next drink order, he came back with martini on the rocks in a martini glass, not correct glassware. We do visit Hyde Park and, in the past, have had a much more delightful experience. Food was superb. Thanks. It was noted it was our anniversary, and not one acknowledged our event. Maybe I have high expectations, for a fine dining establishment it was pitiful. Spending $252, plus tip, for this, is not looked upon favorably.

    I’m a local. Therefore, I expect the best service. Hyde Park never lets you down. The teamwork is exceptional. The drinks are perfection. The food is the best. But the service is unsurpassed. Consistency is the key here. You will never get anything less than 5 stars!!

    Hi, everything about this place says style, excellent food & service in a fantastic building, we are here twice and the second time was our last evening in Daytona before flying back to the uk, it was a superb night and a fitting end to our holiday, the staff were awesome including the guys and girls from valet parking who don’t always get a mention and should as they do a great job as well, thanks Hyde Park you made our holiday

    Hyde Park has always been consistently wonderful for us. The atmosphere, service and food is top notch and we look forward to eating here every time we go to the Peabody to see a concert. Hyde Park is the best place to eat in Daytona Beach!

    Our service was impeccable. Our salad and our filets were both over salted, to the extent that we couldn’t finish them. I would dine here again, but be specific to request light on the salt when seasoning.

    The food was good. The sides are enough to share between two people even though our server said they were not. I feel like what you pay for the food, the service should be better. We waited around for a really long time trying to get their attention and did not get things that we asked for .

    Waiter was excellent- a business meeting and he recognized not to rush us. We had an early reservation and not too crowded. Sirloin sliders tasty but a little more gristle than I’d expect. Chicken franchese & sirloin medallions were delicious. Pumpkin cheesecake desert also tasty.

    I had to move the initial reservation and they were very accommodating. This was my second time dining at Hyde Park and the food, on again, was perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was efficient and the servers were professional but still personable.
