Located in the heart of the city, Hyde is a modern, vibrant ambience that flows over 3 distinct floors.

We offer contemporary cuisine with seasonal produce, precise technique & sharing in mind.

An eclectic collection of music for all tasted, stylish rooftop bar and terrace. Hyde is more than just a collection of bars, it's an all encompassing experience for every occasion.

PLEASE NOTE:
Not all of our tables are wheelchair accessible, so please make note of this when making a reservation.
Food is served in our restaurant area only.

Hyde is strictly over 21’s after 9pm. The latest reservation we can take for anyone who is under 21 is at 9pm. ID required and will be checked on the door along with a strict dress code. Reservations do not guarantee entry and the right of admission is reserved. (R.O.A.R)

I’d really love to write a great review but alas, the other reviews are true. The service here is shockingly poor. It’s not that the staff are rude or anything, they’re actually very nice, it’s just that they’re useless. You’re left waiting forever and it just feels like they’re all busy doing something else that doesn’t involve serving any customers! The food was actually very nice and reasonably priced, no complaints there and it’s a nice building with lovely seating areas. All it would take would be some proper management and everyone would flock here. Maybe they’ll fix it? Here’s hoping

We booked a table in the rooftop terrace, but told upon arrival that they had changed the booking to the ground floor. Why offer the option to book the rooftop terrace if you then change the booking without notifying us. No apology or care shown, wouldn’t bother returning

Service in the outdoor terrace/garden was terrible - even with a reservation, a table was not actually reserved for us. Not one staff member was interested in helping nor did any staff hand us any menu for drinks or food - had to ask for both. Food was good, however the alcoholic drinks were overpriced and tasted watered down - no one came to take our food or drinks orders, or checked in at any point - had to go to bar order off a completely overworked bartender who had no help. I would not go back purely for the minimal and extremely slow service.

If coukd pick 0 stars I would. Picked this place for a birthday dinner for my husband and I. Got in the door to be greeted and then told to go find our own table that had a name card on it. Not a great start. Found someone was sitting at our table, they eventually got moved off. 35 mins had passed after sitting down. No body came to offer a food or drink menu. Went to the bar myself to which there was only one barmaid on and the lance was full. Took nearly another 20 mins to get severed. If looking for a nice place to eat with good service, I would avoid this place. After over and hour with no service we just up and left and ended up going 2 doors down to bah33 and was met with completely different level of customer service. (Not that it would have taken much)

The staff were really friendly and the venue has lots of potential but the cocktails were very weak and expensive. The music was quite bad/tacky.

They've made a mess of my booking initially, probably because i booked last minute. Overall a cute stylish place, nice music ad good drinks. We stayed at the rooftop bar. Will be back again.

I wouldn’t dine here again. I expected an upmarket experience and it was not that. Small food and wine menu, the wine we ordered was not available. Service and overall professionalism of staff was poor. Fine but won’t be returning.
