   The waitresses were to busy to take me to my table so I waited around for 10mins. Finally I get my table but it was the outer one. I said I booked online and would like to sit inside because it will rain that night but she said everyone books on line. No one came up to serve us for about 15 mins. Two of the items on menu we wanted were not available. The food was nice though and price reasonable. Just the service was terrible. They do not acknowledge you at all.

   We received a confirmed booking but when we arrived we were informed that they were only doing takeaway that evening. We understand that covid has been tough, but it would have been appreciated to be told if somethings changed and we can no longer eat there. It's almost impossible to find another good place to eat on Lygon street during peak hour and had to wait for 2 hours to dine elsewhere. Were also disappointed that despite informing them that they should update opentable so other people dont get stuck, that they are still showing as a place available for dine in.
