   We got there and were told that they don't accept reservations even though we had them and I showed them it on my phone. They didn't seem to want us there. There was a bar crawl going on. We left and ate somewhere else.

   We had a reservation during a time after a Cubs game so we lost our table. The hostess was incredibly nice and the manager set up to get us a free round of drinks once we were able to get seated. Overall service was good but ambiance was take it or leave it, mostly because the noise was incredibly loud. I go to concerts and festivals and told my boyfriend I should have brought earplugs, but he couldn't even hear me when I spoke directly into his ear.

   Location is absolutely perfect for Cubs games. We had four different appetizers and none of them were very good. We did not try the pizza (this is what they are known for).

   The service was good, the food was good. It was a little loud but I think the live music is part of the vibe. It was also the night of Dead & Co.

   they were not able to honor reservation or give us a table. Pre concert crowd overran the place. Was able to order at the bar. Food and drinks were good. Everyone was nice. Disappointed about the reservation issue.

   This was Open Tables fault. There were no reservations actually being taken for the date we selected. So 2 tables for 11 people didn't exist. So lesson learned - call the restaurant directly as well.

    Nick was our server and was awesome!! He was friendly, helpful and provided awesome service to get us prepped for the LUDA concert! Thanks, Nick!!
