Husk - Savannah
highlights the unique ingredients of coastal Georgia. Located on W. Oglethorpe St. in the heart of
Savannah’s Landmark Historic District, the restaurant is situated on what is known to be one of the most
haunted blocks in the city. Originally built in 1898, the building has a vibrant history and plenty of (ghost)
stories to share. The cuisine of Husk Savannah upholds a strictly Southern philosophy –
working with local farmers and purveyors for a menu of exclusively Southern-grown ingredients.
Tried-and-true techniques of seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie
programs by the culinary team are the basis of Husk’s offerings with a menu that changes twice daily.

Visiting from out of town and came for the brunch. Service was incredible and it wasn’t busy at all at 10am on a Saturday...quite different from the other local venues serving brunch. Amazing Bloody Mary and great biscuits and gravy! Eggs Benedict was killer, too.
Amazing dinner. We started with low country oysters from FL. Lemon forward octopus was the next course and it was 🔥🔥 our entrees included NC Scallops and fried catfish. Both were to die for. We finished with carrot cake accompanied by ginger ice cream. Overall, excellent meal. We will be back.
Very personal. Excellent helpful staff. Amazing food and cocktails!
Bar was beautiful, and bartender very pleasent.
Michael was our waiter and he was great, very helpful and on point with suggestions.
Meal was fabulous!
One of the best meals we have ever enjoyed!! #mindbodyspirits
Absolutely perfect! We loved to delicious creative southern cuisine! Restaurant is beautiful and the service was outstanding!
Wife and I enjoyed overall experience, food flavors, service levels. Pimiento cheese app is must for the cheese lovers.
Shrimp - Grits savory and ga shrimp were spot on with sweetness. Desert and local coffee were nice end to meal. Wait staff we’re attentive and pleasant team overall. Would recommend if in Bull street area of Savannah.
We have always enjoyed dining at Husk. However, Sunday brunch has become our new favorite meal at Husk. Creativity is fantastic. Food quality is amazing. The service remains top notch. The variety and freshness of the fritter is to die for!!
The service was really great. We brought our baby for brunch and he acted up a little. The waitress was fantastic and very helpful. Food was great too!
We have gone to Husk - Savannah twice now, once for dinner and once for brunch, and it is not enough. I love this place so much, the menu is constantly changing and the flavor palettes are so pleasing.. This is definitely one of my top recommended restaurants I have ever been to. In a place like Savannah where there is excellent food on every corner and a few in between, Husk is still a diamond in comparison. I just cannot wait to go back.
We came here for a bachelorette party send off brunch early on a Sunday morning and were just about the only people in the restaurant, so we got to sit out on the restaurant's beautiful deck. The restaurant surprised us with some very cute personalized menus. It was a great touch! The ambiance felt very authentically Southern, as did the menu. The food was very good, though the brunch menu is a little bit limited. It's largely a savory menu with very few (but delicious) sweet options. It's on par with other "top" restaurants in Savannah in terms of cost, but I do think these restaurants are, as a group, a little overpriced for the quality of the meals. The service was great and overall it was a very good brunch spot for us!
Our server was knowledgeable and courteous. The tuna tartar was absolutely amazing!
Wonderful food and service! We will definitely go back! Sarah Hong was extremely helpful! Thanks Husk for a great night!
It’s worth going to this restaurant for the interior alone. It’s gorgeous!
This place was amazing 😍 from the service to the food. Tre Bien! Our server Justin was on point from drinks to menu.
Everything was perfect, as always. The food was outstanding and Anna took perfect care of us!
All the way around, it was a superb experience. Our server, Anna, was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The specialty cocktails were terrific, and the venue and atmosphere were top-notch. I had the swordfish, and my wife had the shrimp and grits - both delicious. We'll be back - highly recommend!
Wonderful experience and delicious meal! Liorah served us - she was super knowledgeable about the menu and drink selection, plus was charismatic and fun. I had been wanting to try Husk for a while and finally made the trip down from Atlanta. Worth the drive!
The food was amazing, one of the best meals we’ve had in Savannah. Highly recommend the swordfish.
Great spot... from decor, to ambiance, food, service, it made for an excellent dinner.
Birthday and anniversary.
Great meal and great service. My med-well steak was cooked to perfection. The chef made a beautiful special plate for my wife, a vegetarian. Highly recommend.
The service at Husk was amazing. Our server was well informed about all the dishes on the menu and was able to answer any questions we had. She was also willing to make recommendations. The staff that brought us our food were also well informed. Our server checked back on us for each course to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying the food. The food was terrific! All ingredients were fresh and sourced from local farms. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
Husky exceeded our expectations! The food was superb and our waiter was a dream waiter.
Excellent experience, service was outstanding, food had unique and creative flavors, presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend Husk in Savannah
Everything about our experience was wonderful, with a few minor exceptions. First, our server may have been a little green, and was a little slow to come by our table from time to time. This may have been a side-effect of all the time he was spending with his other tables, which is understandable as he spent a lot of time with us as well, but the downside is the inherent delay this causes. Not a huge issue, as it didn't really negatively affect our meal or experience, but is not something one expects at a restaurant of this caliber. The other issue we had was with the gentleman that was running drinks. He delivered my wife's wine to me, and when I said, "That's actually for her", he curtly replied with "whatever" and moved the glass. He also had a spill on his drink tray, and when he brought some other drinks to the table he spilled the contents of the tray on my mother. While these things happen, three of us tried to get his attention that he was spilling, and he ignored all of us, leaving my mom covered in booze, as well as some on her purse. Our issue was less about the accident (they happen, and it wasn't a huge amount of liquid), but more about how we were all ignored.
Outside of those issues, we loved everything. All of the food was fantastic, the recommendations were spot on, everyone else was very friendly, and the venue was gorgeous. We'd absolutely come back and highly recommend this place!
Best restaurant experience in years! I don’t write reviews but feel compelled. The ambience, service and food were 5 stars! We followed the waitresses recommendations and she nailed it! The shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had!
Our server, David, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just plain awesome. The food was fantastic. We will return for sure.
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fried chicken and biscuits are amazing
Great atmosphere and service. The food is wonderfully prepared and perfectly seasoned. The setting alone, especially the upstairs bar area makes it worth the trip.
What a magnificent place. The bar is fantastic! Food delicious. Service outstanding. We will be back!
Fabulous fresh beautifully used local ingredients. Southern dishes such as catfish and shrimp and grits perfectly and creatively prepared.
Love the building / decor / art. Great food & great service. Well done!
Husk is a must do while in Savannah. We loved the bar with the high ceilings and oyster bar. Clean, classic with a touch of modern design. When our table was ready we were moved down the hall to a cozy private room with a street view. The food was delicious! Staff was friendly and professional. Cant wait to go back.
Superb food and excellence service!
Amazing, top to bottom, start to finish! Love everything!
Historic building, interesting cocktails, wonderful food. What not to like. This may be our new favorite restaurant in Savannah.
Fantastic dining experience. The entres (pork, catfish and shrimp) were flavorful and filling without any lingering heaviness. The ambiance was spectacular (dined in second floor). Service was epitome of southern hospitality. Dessert was world class (pecan short bread)
First Malgorzata my server MARVELOUS, LOVELY and just so pleasant. The Salad with goat cheese and melon was just perfect for a sunny hot day. Very refreshing, perfect blending of summer eats. The fried chicken crust was delicious bend of spices which was a secret. The dessert amazing Pena Cotta with a perfect topping of cut up Southern peaches. A perfect ending to a summer time lunch in Savannah, Ga.
The Manager was just fabulous to come over and explain the delicious Pickled squash. Again amazingly delicious. Many of the taste, spices I had not experienced before so this lunch was a delight.
The service and ambience is very good. The menu is concise but there is something for all tastes. The food was fresh and seasonal. My husband really enjoyed the oysters and the beef dish. Unfortunately, my salad was fresh but the taste was not notable and my pork main dish was far too salty. When I mentioned it to the waiter, the manager and chef immediately jumped to action to try to get me something else or adjust the dish to my satisfaction. It was impressive.
The wine list is extensive and they have some very interesting wines by the glass too
This restaurant came highly recommended by my local friends and my Atlanta chef friend, so even my food was not as satisfying as I hoped, based on my husband's enjoyment and its strong reputation, I will come back to try it again.
