El famoso restaurante Husk está situado en Rutledge Hill, a pocas cuadras al sur del distrito histórico de Broadway, en el centro del Downtown de Nashville. Es el segundo establecimiento del Neighborhood Dining Group, cuenta con una ubicación muy particular y está a cargo del galardonado chef Sean Brock. La cocina está dirigida por Brock y su jefe de cocina Brian Baxter, que reinterpretan los abundantes ingredientes de la zona y se basan en ellos para redescubrir y redefinir la tradición de los restaurantes de Nashville.

In my 34 years I can say this was the best meal I've ever eaten. The food was fantastic. Our waitress Alexis was phenomenal.

I most appreciated the effort that Adam made to welcome us there along with all of his help to me personally with my no gluten/no dairy diet. I was able to enjoy an entree and side items right along with the rest of my party. It was a great Sunday evening to sit outside and enjoy the weather and watch the sun set over the Nashville skyline. Well done!

The food and cocktails were phenomenal. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. I wondered if the quality of food vs. price would be even and it definitely was. A perfect spot for a romantic evening.

Second visit to Husk and once again impressed with the service and our delicious meal. We dined with friends from Canada and they were equally impressed. We will continue to recommend Husk and dine there again.

Ate at Husk Charleston and wondered if the magic traveled to Nashville Yes! Lovely food friendly attentive staff great booze and a beautiful setting. Went back the next night!

I brought my executive leadership team here because we were in town for a convention. The cocktails are all well done, and have a true Southern flair. For a starter, be sure to get the Pokeweed cakes (a local, spinach-like green grown in/around Nashville) and the shrimp and grits, which were perfectly cooked and full of southern flavor. I had the catfish with broccoli puree and broccoli salad (think: YUM!); the catfish was grilled to perfection. My team had the beef fillet and they raved about it. I had a bite and the meat was tender and flavorful. We ordered the corned bread, which is made in house and includes their own cured ham. Unfortunately, the corn bread (though full of good flavor), was dry. The desserts were great, we ordered three and shared them all. The brown butter ice cream...get it. Nuff said there. The beet cake, which is a play on red velvet cake was amazing, however I thought there was too much anise in the icing... The venue is an old mansion, once a governor's house we were told. We sat in the very front room, which really doesn't have a view. So, ask to be sat downstairs where it looks overs some gardens. You can expect amazing service and to be greeted with several, "Welcome, Ya'lls!" which is Southern hospitality at its best. This will definitely be on my list next time I'm in Nashville. It's also a short walk to Broadway afterwards.

Our dinners delicious, shared the Daufuskie crab app...that island is close to Bluffton SC where we live. Entrees Denver steak for me, cut I'd never heard of, chicken for husband...both superb. Desserts I don't recall other than mine had a very hard piece of something as part of the dessert...I thought I might break a tooth on whatever that was fortunately didn't. Wine prices high, soaring ! But what I chose was great. Our reservation was NOT for 5p according to the 2 confirmations I received from OpenTable that I made thru the O T website, don't know where the 5p came from. Had 2 messages on cell phone I hardly use, each for a different time. I would think when 2 reservations are seen for same date, red flag would be raised but not. Got to HUSK & was told 5p reservation & we didn't show, we were there as supposed to be for 6:15p somehow getting thru the heavy traffic for the Predators game. Nice nite, like Husk in Charleston for lunch, day & shopping trip for us from Bluffton SC. Looking forward to the Savannah Husk opening, 1/2 hr drive.
